I purchased a trade for my father for Father's Day. The first issue was that the original plant was apparently lost so they then had to re-send out a secondary plan so my father didn't get his Father's Day present for at least two weeks after it was ordered not a big deal that's fine it happens I understand but then when it came it was very wilted read something on the website it said it may come wilted but to give it a few days end it will be fine OK give it the benefit of the doubt but it is now been two weeks and the plant is completely dead. Very disappointing experience especially since it was a Father's Day gift. I then message the company about a refund let me tell you I paid $90 for the street and I got a $27 refund back I guess they can't give me the full amount but at least 50% would have been better than anything because now I have to replace a plant for my father that was a gift and so now I'm going to be out over more than $120 because I paid for dead plant and I have to go purchase another one just very very disappointed at their customer service skills and the plant in it in general definitely would Not purchase from them again it was not the greatest experience

I wanted to purchase from HIGH PLAINS NURSERY in Arboles Co. I was LINKED toFast Growing Trees. Still thinking I was with my chosen nursery and believing my tree would arrive in two days. I ordered the tree for Father's Day. Almost two weeks later I realize the tree is coming from SOUTH CAROLINA! It was very small and thin. The delivery driver said Good luck with this! I was truly deceived. Never again. I'm going to call HIGH PLAINS.
We purchased x2 large cherry trees that looked like they were perfect when packaged but went through incredible abuse during shipping. Box was left nearly fully ripped opened in middle of driveway with many limbs broken or completely severed. FastGrowing Trees responding immediately and replaced which came in better condition. We took pics for the company to go back at FedEx. Felt bad a company trying to work hard at providing an exceptional product is going to be negatively impacted by someone that should be offering the same degree of service to them. I hope they can fix this to protect their bottom line and offering.

I potted them shortly after I got them, placed them in a sheltered spot out of intense heat. They are all doing well.

I shared the pics online on fastgrowingtrees.com portal and finally they ordered two replacement, again waiting for two days now to receive a tree based on the delivery date promised earlier. Let's see if I am going to get the trees in good shape.

The tree arrived in horrible conditions. There were no blooms and the leaves were wilted/dying. Do not order from this company because you will not receive what's in the pictures, false advertisement.

I received two boxes and one was opening up a little bit, the plants seemed jossled a bit much and they had some dried leaves. The other box was fine and the plants inside were fine also! I have planted everything and they are all growing now!
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
