I ordered two tulip trees I'm almost dead and has died since the other one I think is going to pull through but doesn't have very many leaves so dissatisfied with those the forsythia are doing OK not really growing but holding their own

We ordered the Ruby supreme guava for my son. It showed up in great health and is doing really well. He loves the tree and we are excited to get fruit hopefully in the next year.

My trees arrived in horrible condition with curled, burned, and dropped leaves. I called, emailed, messaged, and sent photos to Fast Growing Trees. The response was that this was normal and wait 3 weeks to see if they rebound. Please don't say you can ship healthy trees to my location and have them arrive in good condition if you actually can't. I paid $300. For two sticks. Because the sticks are still green, I am not being given a refund. Buyer Beware.

I purchased a 5-foot Natchez Crape Myrtle, and when it arrived, it made me nervous that the root ball seemed pretty dry. I planted it promptly, hoping it would survive, but the 5-foot part did not. After 3 weeks of waiting for it to sprout leaves, a little shoot started growing from the original root ball. The 3 taller trunks are pretty dead.

Looking for fruit trees, I came across the Fastgrowingtrees site. The site was very user friendly. I was on vacation so I emailed to have the trees delayed for shipment a few days. They responded the same day and set up a delivery date a few days out. I later received emails that the trees were shipped. I appreciated the updates (great customer service). When the trees arrived I received 2 boxes with 2 trees in each box. The trees from the first box were just as beautiful as described online. The second box had beautiful trees also, but the box was damaged in shipping and the trees were broken. I contacted fastgrowingtrees right away via the phone and was instructed to take pictures and submit a claim in the website. I did this for both of the trees in the box. They agreed to replace them (their cost). Unfortunately, the second box was also damaged in shipping - one tree was broken. Again I called customer service. The kind representative, walked me through a claim on that tree. I was sent another tree (their cost) to replace the broken tree. Happily I received this tree in perfect condition. I was apprehensive at first to call on the second box that came damaged, but they were kind and helpful. I've had my trees now for a few weeks and they are thriving! There are new "shoots" of growth all over! The trees are very healthy! I highly recommend trees from fastgrowingtrees and I will purchase again!
When you order plants you get them fast. If they are damaged during delivery they replace them. If you have to call and talk to someone they are very nice people. Thank you for your great costumer service
I received my tree but it looked dead. Was worried so I called and was told thatnits is probably due to heat but not to worry because the rootnis good. I left in pot a couple days and watered it, then planted it like customer service said. I was told to wait 30 days and see if it improved. If not, to take pictures and send them in. Planted today. We will see what 30 days does.?

I have been 95% pleased. It would have been 100% but the tree you shipped me had the top tip of the tree cut off and black. I am afraid that the center growth of the tree will be dwarfed and look strange since new growth will not come from the main center trunk of the tree!
I got exactly what I wanted in great condition and beautifully packaged.
Delivery was delayed and the trees were tiny. The top of the lemon tree was snapped and droopy. I went to Lowe's, and similar healthy leafy trees were a fraction of the cost.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
