I received excellent customer service a number of times with delivery issues. The packaging isn't so great and tends to damage the trees in shipping. I ended up getting replacement for a couple of orders.
The key lime tree looks like a miniature tree and is growing well, I believe. The lemon tree is not what I expected. Instead of a tree, it appears to be one long, vine looking stalk almost, without any branches.

I ordered an apple, 2 peach and 2 cherry. The condition of the boxes told me they had not been carefully handled by Fed Ex. The apple and peach trees survived but both cherry trees were badly damaged. I took pictures contacted customer service and within hours received a response and my replacement trees arrive in days. How I wish every company treated their customers as well!
I bought 2 trees, one of them is already dying the other one is hanging on. I dealt with a man named Elvis, I made it very clear I wanted 2 flowering trees and the size I needed, one is a myrtle, the one that is dying and what I got was a bush with many trunks, when I called I got a very rude woman that sor of told me to take a hike, when Elvis called me back he sent me to a website as to how to train the many trunks into one, that is not what I wanted to begin with. I have the feeling that when I ask for another tree Capital One is going to have to interfere since I bought an extra warranty but after you buy they are really a... es. My advice? Just buy from your local nursery so you get what you want, even Home Depot doesn't give you the grief that this people do, I am done with buying plants on line and unfortunally I still have a hard road ahead with this guys.

Shipping was very fast. The bushes arrived in great condition and were well packaged. They have been in the ground several weeks, and have already at least doubled in size. I am very, very happy with my purchase. I am anxious to buy five more tri-color dappled willows.

The banana tree was poorly packed … such that all of the leafs were broken and the tree was in poor condition. No excuse for the poor packing that resulted in the plant damage.

The boxes arrived and were very banged up. I was super nervous that the trees would be damaged too but I think they were fine. I planted them according to the directions and now I am waiting to see more growth. We have had either super hot or very rainy weather here so I am hoping that they will tolerate all of it and grow successfully.
First they sent me a tree that was for the wrong zone, then sent me another tree that was dead I don't usually complain but it was too much headache, I will not ever use them again!

Plants arrive smallpox than another site I have used, and these cost more, too. The way the lingonberry's were packed only set themselves up to not survive. And FedEx treats the boxes like they were footballs.

My original tree died in transit due to FedEx delivery delay. However, it was promptly replaced with a beautiful healthy tree without having to make a call to customer service. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
I thought the order process was straight forward and simple. Once I placed my order, processing and shipping was fast. My trees arrived in great shape! I'm going to order 10 more because they are such nice trees, and the price is comparable if not better than other companies.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
