I ordered and promptly received two fast growing hybrid poplars. Both were large trees (about 6 feet) as ordered. So far so good. One was sort of beat up and dried out. Planted it as directed (I have planted many trees in the past including some poplars) and it is still alive (but just barely). I doubt that it will survive the winter. The other tree is doing gangbusters great and growing like a weed. I guess 1 for 2 is not too bad but 2 for 2 would have been better.
When I received my Crepe Myrle it was in great condition, had easy to read instruction on how to plant. The same week I planted it, it had already bloomed. I was surprised on fast it took off! I will be purchasing again from FastGrowingTrees in the furture!
Last shipment of 6 trees came bone dry, root balls like powder. No leaves just sticks. I had previously received trees and they came with leaves and perfect. Unfortunately this set of 6 came dead

I have been very impressed (2 purchases now) with how well FGT does with packaging their plants for shipment and also with the condition of plants on arrival especially since they have been arriving midsummer in heat and humidity. Plants were fairly priced for the quality of product. Everything is thriving a month after the first purchase.
Both ordered peach trees arrived and looked dormant, or dead. I planted them according to instructions and determined that they were dead after no signs of life and regular watering for 4 weeks. You were quick to replace them and the Replacement is planted and has healthy growth.
When I submitted the order I really thought the trees would arrive in 2-3 days. They didn't. A week later I received an email seeking clarification of the delivery address. I called several days after responding to the email. Your staff is lovely but I was told that they still didn't have a firm idea of when they would deliver. We picked a future date after my short vacation. I assume I will receive the trees soon but the company has not gone out of its way to communicate upcoming details.

HI- I ordered 3 plants- two were were great, the third was damaged badly during shipping. Customer service was great and offered to send me a new plant, which I accepted. I have not received the new plant yet and it supposedly shipped a week ago.

I had purchased a Xanadu philodendron at a local nursery and it melted and died in this New Orleans heat within a matter of weeks. The plant I got on your site came SUPER healthy and it remains SUPER healthy... very happy with my purchase!

That's exactly how I felt after my last purchase. I bought two 3-in-one apple trees. Each tree contained three different apple varieties grafted onto them. I asked them to ensure both trees had at a granny smith apple as one of the grafts on them. I was told there was no for them to know which varieties were on the trees. However, when I received my trees, each graft was clearly labeled with the types of apple trees grafted onto them. None of them were granny smith. Since the branches were marked, I expected to get what I paid for, but that didn't happen. When I followed up and asked why, I was told Fast Growing Trees was too busy sending out orders and it wasn't possible for someone to find the trees I asked for. So bottom line, take what you pick for you and you'll get what we send you. I was really disappointed with this response.

Very nice service & my redbud arrived nicely packaged & she is planted and is growing. This is my first tree ever to plant & it was fun placing her in a special spot. I believe she is very happy here and I have fenced her in so the deer cannot nibble on her. A very nice experience with your company & all is as described. Very excited to watch her growing! I ordered a 4-5 feet blood orange tree and a 3-4 feet meyer lemon tree. It was shocking to receive 2 long twigs tied to a skinny bamboo for support. The orange tree was at most 1/2" thick and 5' tall. The lemon tree was even skinnier at less than 1/2" thick. I complained and they sent me replacements for both trees but when I received them it was another shock, the were identical to the original order!
I don't wanna bother anymore so after $300 dollars I just learned that one stops learning only when we die.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
