I received this item a week or two ago. I have NO experience to report as the item is too new to evaluate. Despite this, you continue to send me message after message asking me to review the item. So I have responded. I have nothing to say about this order. Please stop harassing me to provide a review.
In short, customer service stands by their trees. I had a wind storm & my tree was still staked/taped & growing. I was pleasantly surprised they replaced& I recommend the warranty protection.
I received my avocado tree in terrible condition. I had looked forward to adding this tree to our citrus lineup but found it fried and barely alive at all. I was shocked after seeing such good reception of the company but was met with a totally different experience. Have attempted emailing the company for some kind of resolution but have been ignored. Basically have spent over $100 with nothing to show for it. Truly a shame as FGT has a great inventory but with no guarantee of quality delivery I'd say save your money and look elsewhere.

CAME TO MY HOUSE IN A LARGE BOX, VERY ORGANIZED AND PERFECT CONDITION. I was a bit shocked at how they pack this and make it work.
SUPER FAST shipping and they arrived in excellent condition. They have only been in the ground a couple weeks, but they appear to be adjusting to their new home. No new growth, but no leaves have fallen and no branches are drooping.
The tree arrived just fine. It was just a little smaller in diameter than I thought for the price. Everything else was fine.

Tree was cute on arrival- complete with figs! Unfortunately, we had a very wet July and I am now learning about fig rust. Two sad leaves remain, but I'm hoping it pulls through until spring.

Ordered several trees from them over the years. Always top quality. Latest one looks a little iffy, but I'm confident that if it doesn't make it, they will respond well!

I contacted FGT to discuss what I might need to do with a tree that had been delivered with lots of holes in the leaves. I didn't ask for a replacement, as I was fairly certain that I could save the tree with the proper care, but the representative had a new tree coming to me while I was still chatting with her!
I would recommend not ordering anything here. I received a severely damaged twice and was offered only store credit in stead of a refund. Poor shipping methods and poor customer service. The third time I received a non damaged plant, but it was much smaller than advertised. Overall, a huge disappointment.

My original order came in late and plants was damaged during shipping and I emailed FastGrowingTrees and let them know the problem. Within short time, I got email back and they said they will send out new plants for me with out charge.
Great customer service
Over the last two months, we have bought 36 items form Fastgrowingtrees.com. We have done flowering trees, fruit trees, and bushes. Our first order had a boxes that never arrived and they immediately shipped out new trees. We had an order that the box arrived damaged and a tree was broken in half. Again sent an replacement the next day. They have been very efficient and professional in handling all of our issues. Our plant issues have all been result of shipping. We live out in the country and most of the time our plants have been held two hours away for a day or two. Of the plants that have made it here safely, they have been beautiful and are all thriving in their new homes.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
