My avocado tree had lots of leaves, within a week they were gone. They told me it was still alive, but it is still just a stick.

Both trees were very dried and lost its foliage. Called to inform the state of trees. I was told since it was shipped from NC to CA, it took a week to arrive, hence the conditions of both trees. So far I think one tree survived but the other is dry (branches are black/Grey. Not sure if this one is going to survive.
More than half of my purchases never survived past one week from receipt. The other have are either barely still alive (palm tree seems to be doing well so far, mock orange blossom never had a bud since I received 2 months ago, Yoshino cherry blossom died, replaced under warranty at a high cost with a cherry tree which also died within a week, dwarf gardenia shrub has not produced any buds/flowers yet, 5 lilly plants still have not produced any buds, cedar dying, etc.). I water per instructions, put "vitamins" per instructions and have chosen planting areas per recommendations. On the other hand, 90% of plants bought from local nurseries (gardenia, jasmin, roses, etc) are blooming while planted in similar areas/conditions as my Fast Growing Tree purchases. Very disappointed.

I have never ordered a live plant for delivery. The plant arrived in great shape and so far seems to be thriving! I am so hopeful that I get fresh berries this year from this healthy established plant!
The trees shipped and arrived in just a few days. They were all green and straight, nice looking trees. They've been in the ground now for about 2 weeks and still look good. There is a little yellowing on a few of them but it seems that is fairly normal when transplanting…. Time will tell.

Ordered 2 weeping willows which were hard to find in NY. I asked for delayed shipment as the trees were a gift. The trees showed up exactly when they were expected and looked to be in good shape.
Beautiful trees. I was surprised at how fresh and healthy the trees appeared when they arrive. I have previously purchased from mother$#*!ers online and by far fast growing trees product appears superior
But the box arrived damaged (cut) and the trees showed some damage as well. Took pictures and uploaded as instructed but I never received a response. Both the lemon and the lime tree are doing well. I just would have liked an acknowledgment in some form.

I just love the trees and shrubs. They are very hearty and just what I expected. Cannot say the same for UPS. The morons delivered one box and leaned it upright against my garage door. Two of my four blueberry bushes were crushed and broken. I filed a complaint but it seems to be going nowhere. UPS is a disaster.
Delivery was fast and for the most part things came packaged well. They pack multiple plants together so some get a but smushed. Ultimately all were nice plants but a couple of the plants are struggling after only a week - ten days. In particular I got 5 green giants. 1 is almost completely brown after 5 days with directions followed exactly.
I've reached out to FastGrowing Trees to report an issue with two of the trees delivered and they are ignoring my emails. Will my claim be honored?

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
