Had a tree delivered, it was in good shape when it arrived. Planted the tree and it started to fail. Customer service had checked in with me a week or two after planting and I told them it was not looking great. They stated to reach out in 2-4 weeks and let them know how it was doing. The tree unfortunately did not do any better and did not make it. I followed up with customer service and without any request or prompt they shipped me a new tree. Buying a tree online could be risky, but how this company makes sure it is right has earned a permanent customer. Thank you.
The items I purchased were priced a little high but I thought I was going to receive A+ looking trees. When my trees arrived they were in terrible condition I own a plant shop and wanted a few larger trees in my shop the condition is so bad I have not brought them into my shop.

I ordered 3 of the largest-sized ( most mature) PLUMERIAS from Fast Growing Trees. The advertisement of same showed beautiful multi - colored blooms ( pink & yellow). I received 3 of all white - floppy blooms. After complaint I was sent THE SAME!

I purchased a condo avocado and two lilac bushes. All 3 arrived in fantastic condition and are doing very well. In fact, the avocado tree has new growth in several places already!
During the beginning of the pandemic I ordered two bushes along with planting mix and fertilizer. When I got my shipment I was so super excited, I have a highly special needs child that I'm lucky if I have time to go to the bathroom nonetheless plant a tree but I need to create a privacy fence. A year later, I was looking through their website and got into "my account" and started looking at my last order. I noticed it said partial shipment. I never received my organic planting mix. Yes, a year later because I have absolutely no time especially seeing I had to quit my job to take care of my daughter who now was diagnosed with tumors. I contacted the company to see if I could get my planting mix and they want me to pay for shipping AGAIN! I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

It was nice experience with Fast Growing Trees. I bought 10 Thuja Green Giants. 3 of them died as the roots of the plants came from the soil. It may happened due to the delivery. However, the fast growing trees sent 3 plants as replacement soon. The customer service is very good. Highly recommend to buy from Fast Growing Trees for any plant needs.
I'm very disappointed. The plants arrived all twisted, poorly packaged and full, but really full, of insects. It seems like an ant nest. After two weeks of having them, the leaves are still in bad shape and some of them have pests on their leaves (they came with those).
On top of that, they differed in 100% from the picture on the web site. The ones ai got need a lot of good care.

Ordered a 5-6' tree paid dearly for it with extra shipping due to size. When it came is was barely a thing only 40" tall. It was marked 4'-5' on the tag. When I contacted the company they wanted to give me onlyv40% off even though they did not even send me so. I ordered. I had to go rounds before they agreed to refund my money.

I was so excited about the plants I purchased. I have always had good expo with this company. I know they always pack/protect the plants very well.
And that was true this time as well. But one of the fig trees I ordered had yellowing/falling leaves right out of the box. I should have taken pictures, taken the time to write to the company, and sent it back. But they arrived right as we preparing for a trip, and I did not have time. I took them out, watered all of them, and crossed my fingers they would get happier in the sun for the 3 days we were gone.
It did not. Now 1 branch has no leaves at all. I am sad and disappointed. The other plants are beautiful.

I mistakenly ordered trees that might damage my septic system. I reached out to cancel the order 24 hours later. The customer service was top notch. She cancelled the order immediately and offered their assistance in the future to help me find the appropriate trees for my situation. I ended up ordering more than I did initially because I was so pleased with my experience with Fast Growing Trees. I would highly recommend them!

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
