Both plants that I ordered were pretty worn and many leaves missing. The jacaranda tree has already died.

Because of Mail delays it took longer to get my tree! It was a little rough when I got it but I planted it and have been babying it! So far so good! It's gonna take a while to see if it does well but it was a nice looking tree overall! It's just that deliveries are taking longer and it was during an extremely hot summer! So the company did really well!

Granny smith is doing good and 1 of the 2 crabapple is also doing ok. The 2nd crabapple has been shedding and does not have any leaves left. I do not know if it was the shock of the travel or what. I am giving it all the care I can, hope it turns around.

Easy ordering / great selection. Everything went very well from the FGT side of things. I received 2 excellent 6-7 ft maple trees. Delay came from FedEx side. Due to this delay, I believe the health of the trees was threatened.
I ordered an avocado and a royal poinciana, then I got sick and they delivered it to my back breezeway. It was out there for quite some time and I just don't know if they are going to survive.
There is stilll green on both of them so I am going to try to get them into the ground and save them. Like I said not FGT's fault so i can't really blame them. It's more the circumstances. I hate to lose them. They are perfectly sized.

By the time I actually got my package, the trees that I ordered were already almost dead with the leaves falling off because the dirt that had been in the pots had fallen out completely and were all over the trees suffocating the leaves. The roots were not healthy because of it and I was forced to immediately transplant it. Not soon after all the leaves have fallen off and the plants are all but dead.
Overall the site, selection, information is amazing. I was not sure how I could get the trees to my house without damage. It ends up my concerns were valid. One tree was bowed like a banana, still not sure if it will live and if so a bowed tree. Another was basically broken at the top of the tree.
I understand this happens, but I emailed them upon arrival letting them know (maybe the wrong email address?) but never heard anything. Now I am waiting to see if they survive or grow. After all the money, time, watering and effort to plant them it will be a shame if they don't make it.

I ordered a tree and several sm gardenia bushes. They arrived in great shape and they were my first plants for my new house. They are doing well in spite of the heat wave. Looking forward to ordering again in the fall!
I placed a very large plant order and it was late shipped FedEx ground Horrible packing and boxes were crushed and some folded in half. All plants arrived dead. Crispy and some had to be dead before they were even shipped. Customer service was not that great had to send photos of every plant but there system can only allow 3 photos at a time. So that took for ever. Spent nearly 3k $ on the order and still waiting for a refund. To sum it up they don't care about the plants they ship no that the shipper is the worst on the planet. All they want is your money and don't care if the plants live or die. Do your self a favor don't buy from this company...

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
