Ordered $500+ in trees and shrubs. All were within my hardiness zone. Only two trees (out of 7) and 2 shrubs (out of 3) survived the winter, admittedly a harsh one. I paid for the 1-year warranty. I gave the plants until about 11 months to see fi they'd make it - the two trees decided to grow back from their roots - more to their credit than this vendor's. When it was clear that only 2 trees and 2 shrubs (about $100 value) made it, I submitted my warranty claim. No response, not even an acknowledgement they recieved it. Now two months later, still no response at all. I've submitted a BBB complaint; they are blowing BBB off for now a month. So now I'm lookin for places to leave warnings to potential customers that this site is NOT to be trusted, especially for customer service. Buyer Beware!
The tree came very beat up with it's root ball under a lot of stress because of the zip tie that holds it was putting a lot of pressure on it, leaves are all dead and fallen off.

The Tree arrived in a very good and sturdy container inside a very good and sturdy package. I opened it and it looked great with a bit of a Glitch!
Just about eighty percent of the Leaves, while being green, were dried out and fallen off the branches, the Tree was bone dry. The Tree did hold to some of the top leaves at the time.
I provided the drainage for the plastic and saturated it with water twice a day since.
Apparently, by the time I ordered and received the tree, the space I had designated for the tree, was providing a big and beautiful large Pumpkin and I need to let it be till Halloween (hoping it would be over 100 LB, way over).
It has been a few weeks now and I can see the new leaves growing so the Tree is doing well at this time.
Now that I think about it, the tree being so thirsty, my guess is; the weight which will have to be paid for! Maybe?
Any way, at this point, I love this Tree!

The Mimosa tree we purchased arrived in great shape. It was 8' tall and had a large area of leaves and branches starting at about the middle with some at the top foot or so. Unfortunately we were not warned that we should fence it to keep the deer away. The deer trimmed the entire middle growth off. Should be interesting to see what comes of that.

I have reached out and have not gotten a response. I purchased two things and the larger was in good shape but dry. The smaller one was not secured so all the dirt was gone and it had rolled around so much in transit neither looked good. The small one is planted but dead and the larger is ok. Would like to get a response! I have bought olive trees that were perfect!
I ordered Lingonberry bushes. When they arrived two of them had many broken limbs. I took pictures and your team immediately responded by sending me three new ones which arrived in much better condition. They are tiny but mighty. I'm looking forward to seeing them grow.

I was disappointed with my overall experience. My order was labeled and shipped to my neighbor's address.
The Quaking Aspen was in pretty rough shape. Leaves were already showing black spots, the ‘plantable bag' was literally a strip of burlap around the top and the entire root ball was packed in a plastic bag. I went ahead and planted but now the leaves are drying and I'm doubtful it will survive.
This is the third attempt to get a live plant. And again it arrives dead.

I got a tree back in may and it die few months later. I did not like how I have to pay the shipping fee and I have to pay more for the warranty fee which is 30% what I pay. I don't think it's right. They should let me know when I purchase the tree. I debating coming back to this website to purchase in the future.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
