My husband and I purchased a thousand dollars worth of trees from you and just recently, my husband purchased a strawberry vanilla hydrangea tree for my birthday. When it arrived it had all of the leaves on it black and wilted, we still don't know if it will make it, we told you about it and all you said was you were sorry, we paid 250.00 dollars for that one tree. If that is customer service you can have it. I will not be doing any more business with you, or recommending you. Live and learn I guess.
I ordered a red oak and it's perfect. We also got a hybrid poplar, which had a problem. I called, emailed a picture, and within a week, had a brand new poplar delivered. Very pleased. I'm really tempted to buy a couple more. I know that the price is higher than elsewhere, but so is the quality and service.
I ordered a Red Haven Peach tree for my husband's birthday and he is absolutely thrilled with it. The folks in customer service were very helpful and the tree arrived quickly just as described. We planted it and it is already beginning to grow. Very happy with our purchase and hoping for peaches next year!

FastGrowingTrees.com showed them on site and the price was amazing so we ordered three. They arrived just after we got home from the vacation at the resort. That was such fast service. We are very very pleased, with both the service and the product, as well as the terrific price.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
