Tree and scions came in great shape and short time
First of all, I got my order fast and packed nicely. Not even a single leaf broke, and not withered. We had a two week heatwave so we only planted it 2 wks after it arrived. It stayed alive and healthy Now it is growing baby leaves on its branches.
The plants arrived well packaged and in good condition. Due to being confined inside the Monstera Delivisa was a bit mangled. I trimmed off the mangled parts and it looks like they would regrow those shoots. The Verandah banana and palm are going fine indoors.
Great customer service. The delivery was delayed. They communicated well. The olive tree came well cared for with clear instructions.
Plant arrived very dried out with brown leaves that all fell off. I'm praying it's not totally dead and will sprout some new leaves.

I recently bought about a dozen plants (mostly in the hydrangea family) from here. They are double the price of most retail locations for plants that are half the size (and thus take longer to grow and mature). In addition, almost a third have since died. Several arrived with insufficient root structures and others were broken or dead. The company has been very responsive to either replace or refund/credit the money. However, when I went to my local grocery store last week I saw the same plants, twice the size, full and hearty and half the price.

I had originally got a yoshino tree in April, in which my kids and I planted in our yard in memory of their late father who passed in March. Unfortunately, not long after, the little tree died. Good thing I bought the 1 year warranty on the tree. The redemption process was quick and easy. Fast Growing Trees did an amazing job getting the replacement delivered a few days later. My kids are so happy again to have their daddy's tree back. I will definitely order again.

Unfortunately, the first tree I bought did not tolerate direct south Texas sun. My warranty gave me s second chance. This one is doing fine, protected from breeze and under a large oak, it is acclimating to it's new home.
The roses and the dogwood trees came beautifully packaged and in good condition. The Crape Myrtle was not secured and was loose in the box but weathered the delivery and is doing well right now

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
