My ordered tree did not arrive. Contacting the company, they offered to send a smaller tree than I requested. I asked them to contact the sender to see if the one I ordered was still sitting there, or if they had one in stock, they refused to even do this. Such a simple reasonable request, a phone call, and that cant even do that. A customer isn't even worth a phone call! Asking to speak with a manager or someone higher up, they refused this too. Told me if I canceled my ordered tree Instead of accept the smaller tree I would get $126. So I ordered elsewhere and canceled, they refunded only $92ish. Contacting them again, they dont care. Aweful company, i will look elsewhere to supply my grape vineyard and future trees. Thank goodness I started out small and found out after only $3k that this company doesnt care about you, your needs, what you ordered, or honoring thier commitments.
I feel a little tricked. I thought I got 10% for signing up, and then it was offering me a discount to buy more and more; so i did. But then my 10% for signing up was taken away from me. If I would have known that, I would not have bought so much. I would have just stuck with 1 tree for today to see what kind of trees you send, as you gave me a 20% off in my email to try you out.
I planted at peak of 16in high mound of rich mix soil. I planted 4ft tree in May '24. By May '25 it reached 8ft tall and trunk diameter doubled. Over the summer we had a lot of rain and the fruit is abundant. I'm in central Oklahoma and the tree is planted in full sun.

I ordered two plants - one came in good health, the other was majorly damaged during shipment. For the damaged plant, customer service was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement that came healthy and well. 3 months later the plants are adjusting well to their new homes.
Convenient and Easy! Maybe not the cheapest option, but better than driving around to mulitple nurseries hoping they have what i want.

I ordered a 5-6ft Flame Thrower Redbud tree which was delivered on September 6. The top 15 inches of the tree had no support and was broken and dead. The rest of the tree was drooping and limp and most of the soil was in the plastic bag surrounding the pot. After replacing the soil and watering the tree there was no noticeable improvement, now three days later the tree looks pretty much dead. I notified FastGrowingTrees and received a message saying that they were sending a replacement tree of 4-5 foot as they had no larger ones left. I was given a refund of $12.00, supposedly the difference in cost between the sizes which seems surprisingly little. I would have preferred a refund of the total amount - $165.71 - as I wanted the larger size, but I was not given the option. I have dealt with this company before with no issues but am very unhappy with this experience.

Their selection is exceptional, and their information on each plant helps make it a no brainer even if you're not used to maintaining fruit bearing trees or horticulture in general. I'll be buying all my future fruit trees and flower bed items from them!
Maybe our environment isn't conducive to growing figs indoors. It's high and dry here at 7850' in SW Colorado, and I have to run a vaporizer to improve conditions for them, so perhaps I'll keep trying that. Meanwhile, the olive tree is outdoors to enjoy full sun, but the wind blew all the budding olives off earlier this summer, so we'll look to next year and keep it indoors during that time, but it won't get direct sun.

I wasn't so sure at first. Some of the plant i received last year didn't look so hot. But with some assurance from customer service and a little patience everyone came to life in the spring and are now healthy and thriving. I'm so happy I just bought another tree.

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
