Learned from a horticulturalist that Leland Cypress (I purchased 11 several years ago) tend to last only 12-15 years. They are also prone to an incurable canker fungus. None of this was mentioned in your website. I now have 5 of the 11 still standing.
My tree died in a 3 day rainstorm and they were great about replacing it with the 1 year warranty
I've ordered multi times and purchased multi type of trees. Most of my trees are thriving. Only had to file a claim twice. Both times, they were handled with ease and speed and total satisfaction.

Throughout this summer I have ordered close to 100 different trees and plants. They are beautiful and when I had an issue with one or two of my trees/ plants, the customer service department replied swiftly and FAST GROWING TREES totally lived up to their warranty to replace them!
I have purchased 60 or 70 plants this year since spring. The plants have come in a timely manner and are very well packed when shipped. Most of my plants are thriving! A couple of my trees have not arrived and I am still waiting for a full refund on my credit card. Otherwise service has been phenomenal! I will purchase again and again.
