As far as customer service they have been available to answer guestion I might have about recent first time purchase. The plants were not package the best being two in a box where they had not been handled probably the best. Packed in bags where the dirt had pretty much ended up in the bottom out of the actual pots they were place in. No cover on one to hold the dirt in place. I took the time to place in large size planters with good drainage and soil. I won't really know until spring to see how they develop. I believe they will be okay and grow into what I was hoping for. Customer service has been good in responding to my concerns which is a huge plus these days. I think they do the best they can so the customer is satisfied with their purchases.
Your customer service people are the very best I have experienced in many years.
Elvis... thanks so much for your kindness concerning our loss during hurricane Helena!
Elvis is back! Ha ha!
Many blessings!
When I received my tree, it arrived with a few leaves off it. The representative asked for a picture of it which I provided. Explained that I should allow a couple of weeks for it to get acclimated to the surroundings.
Lingonberry plant ordered was to be gallon size, but plant was loose in box, and most of dirt on porch, and probably in delivery vehicle. Dirt in box did not even fill 3 inch pot, and gallon container was totally empty - it had no plastic around it, and nothing to hold plant and dirt in. Plant tiny and beaten up - was a very sloppy packing job.
Ordered 8 Leyland Cypress trees - delivered in great shape and after 1 month still looking fresh.
I ordered two plants that both that were carefully packaged, and far exceeded my expectations. I made a terrible mistake, nearly killing one of my plants within a very short time. I want to make it clear that it was completely MY FAULT. Thankfully between the combination of the health of tree when it first arrived and FastGrowingTrees' staff's guidance, I feel like the plant may be okay!
Person I spoke to resolved my issues.
She sent a replacement. And it was a very good time of year to plant the bush.
Very happy with our 10 thuja arborvitaes we purchased. Shipping was fast, packaged really well and we planted the the next day.
Plant look good, packaging was good, well done, can"t wait to see the fruit how it look like, thank you fast frowing trees.
Trees were packaged terribly. Slightly damaged in transit due to low quality packaging.
Received 6 of them, they were quit small but I thought I had ordered the bigger ones⦠well, they have replaced the sale from last April that got under 3ft of seawater back last October due to Helen. These died without pardon. So the new ones are in and they seem in good health but they are off to a slow start. The jury is still out! The shipping (box and potting) took 8 days from CA to FL, it was very well done, it made planting easy.
The size of the tree was not what I expected for the price I paid. Heard good review about this site from my friend so I ordered my trees here instead of going to the local nurseries. Very disappointed when my order arrived. The fig tree, though, is more aligned with what I expected.
Everything was great. Trees were a little smaller than I thought, but in good shape
The 6 trees I ordered arrived in a timely manner and well-wrapped. However, one of the 6 appeared to be dying. Rather than return it, I decided to try to rehab it. I planted it in rich soil, applied a mild fertilizer and mulched it. Unfortunately, it is continuing to fail. My next step is to dig it up, pot it and overwinter it in my home to try to save it. The other 5 I planted are doing well.
Lots of confusion about the address and then it never arrived
Purchased 14 Fruit Trees and Plants, Out of these 4 have died. 3 of them a gif card was provided for warranty. 1 died out of warranty. There is a 5th that is questionable, as it started out looking great was growing and then stopped and outside branches and leaves died off, there are still a few in the center. For the tree that was out of warranty I went and purchased a replacement that is growing quite well.
So at this point I'm 50/50 or 2.5 out of 5. As far as fast growing only 1 tree has really matcfhed the name. And Dragon fruit really flowers but no fruit. Phone customer service is good.
Very helpful with my questions about my banana tree and looking forward for spring. Thanks and take care
It's to early to know with any certainty. We'll let you know.
Shopping online with Fast Growing trees was easy. Good information available, lots of ways to search, large variety
Bought several items that did great. One item that didn't make it was promptly credited and I purchased something else.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
