My 4 foot lemon tree came well packaged and was healthy when it arrived. It is thriving with just a little bit of humidity and temperatures around 67°. Easy process and a beautiful tree.

First off, only 2 of 3 trees arrived and 1 of 2 trees that arrived was curved.

I will buy local from now on.

My order arrived quickly even though it was early December. The soil was still damp as the tree was well packaged. I ordered a 5' to 6' tree and that is what I received. I've ordered 3 trees total from FGTrees and have always received a healthy tree.

I bought two apple trees as Christmas presents for zone 5. They arrived. Thankfully I had questions about planting them so I called. I was told it was too late in the season to plant them. They'd die. My son was in the process of planting them. He stopped. Now they sit in his house. We all hope they will live. Why would they ship plants too late in the season to be planted.

My plants arrived in very poor shape. Very large number of broken stems and crushed leaves from poor packing. These stems and leaves had to be removed,this left both plants looking sparse and half dead.I had to talk myself into giving them a chance to come out of it due to there cost. I will not order again though. It will take years to get the plants I was promised. Misleading photos. Very disappointed.

In today's online experience it's a pleasure to deal with a real person who demonstrates knowledge and actually cares to give helpful information. Lisa did that today. And I'm grateful I was lucky enough to have made her acquaintance.

Easy ordering, helpful staff, healthy trees, and yes they do replace when a tree has a problem. Very fast at solving any issues.

I ordered 3 wax myrtles; first shipping was delayed by several days. When the trees finally arrived, the box looked like it had fallen off the truck and then got run over. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that I should plant the trees and come back if they didn't make it. The trees were in pretty rough shape and all had been hacked off at the top so that they were only ~1ft tall, despite having ordered the larger 5 gal size. They were also all crammed into one box and were not really secured to keep them from getting jostled in shipment. Unsurprisingly, all three are dead less than two months later. I would expect that a company that specializes in shipping/delivery of live plants to have a better process in place to assure safe shipping. Very disappointing experience.

Bought a few items and besides the boxes being damaged everyone arrived safe. Unfortunately I was in the path of hurricane Helen so the orange tree did not fare well (wish I could send pics). I dug her up and brought inside. Cut off dead limbs and she started new ones near base. Hoping for the best.

I have one tree that didn't make it and they gave me a credit for another plant. Very pleasant to deal with. I will continue to buy from them.

Awful, your service sucks. Once you found out the tree was smashed and had rust you never responded

Recently purchased another fruit tree and had a great experience! Unfortunately a root treatment didn't arrive with the tree but the staff quickly fixed and sent the order along free of charge.

Highly recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is always amazing!

Ordered 2 trees: both arrived broken in half. I've tried to reach the company via email with absolutely no response. When spending this much money the product should not arrive damaged and no ability to speak to someone to resolve.
Would not recommend your service as it is to anyone, nor will I choose to buy again unless this is resolved.

My 6 hybrid willows are growing robust; my 3 Leyland Cypress are still standing so I think, they are going to make it, yeah! My 2 Carolina Cypress are standing tall and green, and last-not least, my 2 phenomenal lavenders are doing so well too. So, I am very please with the Fast Growing Trees staff for their quality and excellent customer Service.

If I to only find the pictures you advertised online of the two plants I received that look like someone played football with them. They were almost dead. Soil was everywhere. There was nothing put in place to keep them stable whatsoever nor the soil in their pots...
From the looks of them they were on their way out before you even sent them. What false advertising. Hopefully you get caught someday
