I had a Confederate Jasmine for YEARS that gave up and died over the winter. I ordered a replacement from FastGrowingTrees, and am very pleased with the product I recieved. Since it was still cold, I delayed planting the Jasmine for 3 weeks, but it is now in the ground, sprouting, and seemingly doing well. The Wisteria Tree I purchased and just planted is also slowly coming to life, but looks promising. I'll give them both a year for a final report. Thanks.
We've ordered from Fast Growing Trees before and have been fairly satisfied but our last purchase was the Cold Hardy Avacado tree order #*******071, not only did ot take over a month to receive it (weather could have been the issue which we understand) but its condition when we received it was pitiful to say the least! The leaves that were still on the tree were a sickly yellow and covered with spots. I think the odds of its surviving are virtually nil but we're trying to keep it alive. Overall, very disappointing!
Twice I called and asked about when my lemon trees would ship. Both ship dates were missed. I finally received an email indicating it would be another 6 weeks. I am somewhat dissatisfied with the poor communication about when I would receive these trees.

I added over 15 different trees and bushes from Fastgrowingtrees. Com to my yard and could not be more satisfied. Each bush/tree came in a timely manner and very healthy. I did not have any problem with them and they are all doing great. I was not sure about ordering plants on line but the experience was great. Even better than I expected.

I've made purchases in the past and been pleased with the result. However, this time was far from pleasing. It started with placing the order. When you have 7 acres of property, there are lots of trees and opportunities to plant new trees are constantly presenting themselves. A couple of hours after placing an order, I realized I wanted an additional tree. So, I contacted customer service about adding a tree to the existing order, since the site says to contact them if changes to the order are needed. Nope, can't be done. You have to cancel the first order and place a new one. Ok. I can do that, but what about the coupon code they provided me to use on the order? It was a little more than their standard discount. Nope. They wouldn't replace the coupon code so my choice was either place a new order for just the additional tree and pay shipping or to cancel the existing order, place a new order, and get less of a discount. I know $15 may not matter to a big huge company, but to a lower income family, that's dinner, that's half a tank of gas, that's a doctor's co-pay. Anyway, I canceled the existing order placed a new one and just dealt with having to pay more
So then I receive the shipment and only received half the trees. I looked on my order and there was only one tracking number and when I pulled up that tracking number, it said that the order had been fulfilled and delivered. So, I reached out to customer service to find out what was going on, and never heard anything.
The rest of the trees finally showed up, but the box was bent in half. It was designed to lay flat during shipment, but nothing was done to prevent damage in case that didn't happen. Usually tree companies will place bamboo poles in boxes with potted trees in case they get turned upside down or put in a direction or they are not supposed to be. The trees were bent in half, but not broken so hopefully no lasting damage was done.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I will probably look elsewhere next time I need trees.
The plants arrived in three gallons pots as ordered, however they could have been little one gallon pots because the plants were tiny

Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
