I ordered an Avocado tree and it came in good shape. It looks very healthy.

Unfortunately my order was damaged during shipping, I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they replaced the tree immediately. They were so nice and apologetic for something they had nothing to do with. I love the products, trees arrive healthy and beautiful. This company ROCKS!

I have purchased several trees from Fast Growing and each has been great.

Ordered tree wasn't sure what is was going to get. However when it arrived I was super surprised. Well packed not a twig but a tree. I planted it and within a week got new leaves growing. Super excited too see if I get fruit this year hope so! I will definitely look at this company for any further tree or shrub purchases.

I ordered 3 trees plus some other items. All 3 ivy plants arrived dead or dying and so did the Rose of Sharon tree. I planted them and after a week they are still dead. The other 2 trees and 2 shrubs are ok thus far.

I haven't received the tree yet. I think it will arrive this week!

Trees were planted immediately with the fertilizer, Calamondin is still green, but Avacado seems to be turning brown

One tree died but it was replaced. Took some time but all o. K. now.

If you plan on making a claim for defective product be prepared to endure a drawn out interrogation designed to assign blame to you.

I received an indoor partial shade plant in the fedex mail. I had the driver put it in our heated garage since it was a live plant. When i opened the plant that evening it was dead and dried on several of the ends and it had orange spots all over it. I immediately took pictures and sent to your company, concerned it was diseased or maybe got damaged in shipment. I received an email response back on Sunday March 29th that stated it was the care of the plant and to try moving to a more light situation etc. I thanked them for the helpful information, but explained that the plant was received that way. My biggest concern is that this was not a $20 plant it was almost $100 (103 with shipping etc) so to received a damaged or not healthy looking plant (brown spotted leaves and dead parts on it) to have sitting in my home is VERY concerning. I still have not received a response back to receiving a replacement plant or credit. I feel that the customer service in resolving this issue has not been good.

I ordered three apple trees. For some reason Fedex delivered the trees then took back two of them after saying they were delivered. Tried to go through Fedex to get the problem solved and got no where. After a handful of days I gave up on Fedex and called Fast Growing Trees. They sent out new trees right away. Compared to many other tree companies, the quality of trees are great and are successful.
