I currently have 12 trees from FGT; 6 apple, two nectarine & four pear. They are all doing fantastic; even the six apple trees I planted last month. I have had to snip off the flowers from most of the trees because I want them to throw everything into roots & branches for the first couple of years.

I was skeptical about ordering living plants online, but what a surprise! They arrived in beautiful condition and are thriving after planting. Will definitely be ordering again and again.

We received our Avacado tree several weeks ago. It was well packaged and there wasn't any damage.
We planted it into a larger pot and it appears to be doing fine. We have read online that it could take years before it bears fruit.
We would like some feedback from FastGrowing Trees as to their experiences from their vendor as to when to expect fruit to be produced.

Bought 17 trees and I can't even get a status as to when I should receive them. Nothing. I have tried finding a status and even tried contacting them. Nothing. Very upset

I placed my order for 2 Anna Hardy kiwi plants. I didn't realize that each would come with 2 plants. So I received 4 plants. EXCEPT I received 3 dormant plants and one sunny nub of wood with roots. Seems that one plant was trimmed down to a nilub while the other had 2 shoots. Now, I have 3 beautiful little kiwi vines and one stubby nub that has not sprouted anything while the others thrive. I called customer service when they arrived, but was told to submit my questions online. The online submission form did not allow me to upload the photos due to size limitations. I sent an email explaining the situation. And was referred back to the online submission form to submit a warranty claim. I can't say that I would care to try again, but in 2024 when I ordered the pollinator pack, they were so beautiful. I should have quit while I was ahead.

Great technical experience from Elvis. He also helped to make sure I hit all the discounts possible by telling me about deals.

Trees I have bought from Fast Growing Trees have arrived quickly, as or better than advertiser and in very good condition Everything I have bought has come with clear planting and care instructions. Follow up has been clear and timely. The result of all of this made brown thumb green

Ordered two different trees on one invoice. They were shipped weeks apart and I was not aware of that when purchasing

My reblooming hydrangea adjusted to the trauma of shipping in less than a day. She's been consistently growing in her pot as l wait for the last frost season. So far l've only given her warm tap water. I sit her in the tub to drain and then near a window to look out. I can't wait to put her outside. This is one of my favorite plants so l shall be ordering more. Thank you for such prompt service.

Shipping is fast plants packaged well, no damage noted plants look healthy

Again, you advertise shipping promptly when in reality I still haven't received my order from two months ago

I was impressed with how healthy the Thuja Green Giant 3ft trees looked upon opening the boxes. Two trees per box. Root ball was in tack and there was added cardboard to keep the trees from moving around too much and help support the box dimension during shipping. Got them in the ground in three days and have survived the winds that came through here twice already without issue.

I have done a lot of business with fast growing trees and never had an issue before. The order in question has been a complete disaster. I had received a text from fast growing trees about a bogo event. So I look thru the offers and decided to purchase one hydrangea and one rose bush, which both fell under the bogo deal. I also additionally ordered one package of soil acidifier and one package of root rocket. Upon delivery of the order, I only received one hydrangea and the package of soil acidifier. I was missing another hydrangea, two rose bushes and my package of root rocket. I contacted them via there contact system, where you had to type the reason for contacting them. 3 days later, I received a email stating they would send the missing hydrangea that week and the rose bushes the following week. The next package arrived and I open it to find they sent me a package of soil acidifier, that I didn't order and no hydrangea. Still waiting to see if the rose bushes show, but at this point I'm not sure if I will ever get my order right. It has been a complete mess and I'm really disappointed with fast growing trees because they were flawless up until this point. If they correct this issue I will change my response, but at this point I'm ready to put my trust into a different company. Planting season is passing by fast and I still here missing so much of my order.

Their experience was good, shipping was good. Can't wait to see this baby grow.

Received plants in excellent condition. The shipping boxes were designed to handle plants with loving care. Professional company. I will order more soon.

Using USPS is terrible for shipping a live tree. My order should have been delivered yesterday, and tracking shows it is in limbo between two centers for the last two days.
