The company has garnered a generally positive reputation, with many customers praising the quality of their trees and the reliability of their shipping. Customers appreciate the careful packaging and the company's commitment to customer satisfaction, often highlighting responsive customer service and effective handling of replacements. However, there are notable concerns regarding service delays, particularly during peak seasons, and issues with product condition upon arrival. Some customers expressed frustration over the lack of communication and transparency in the order process. Overall, while the company is recognized for its quality products, improvements in customer communication and shipping reliability could enhance the customer experience.

The first plant arrived dead and never revived. The replacement plant was the same. I haven't even bothered to request the warranty as it only gives a credit. There is no point in ordering a third plant.
Never received trees.
Never received follow up despite my attempts to contact.
Our Pink Dogwood arrived in mid July carefully wrapped and in great condition. I planted the tree the next day and it's been thriving ever since. Only problem I've encountered are deer wanting to nibble on the young leaves. I've fenced and netted the tree, and so far it's been holding it own. Love the tree and can't wait to see what happens next spring.
I have purchased perennials from FGT's for the past two seasons. I have been very satisfied with their plants and their customer service. I highly recommend this company!
Despite planting according to instructions and frequent watering, three of four thujas are dead with no greenery and a fourth is in decline.
We've done two orders with Fast Growing Trees for cherry Laurel bushes. The first round has already grown at least 3 inches and the second round is looking great. Very happy with our orders.
I planted all 12 of the cypress plants the day I received them. I watered them and cared for them during the hot Texas summertime. I am not sure why that only 3 or 4 are surviving. I cared for each the same as far as watering them. I also provide a liquid mixture of compost formula that I ordered from Amazon. Only 1 of the plants is completely green. Several are struggling with partial green within the growth of the plant. Most of the are all brown. I am hopeful that they will recover and become green and grow to their full potential. Respectfully, Michael Hibbert

The website was easy to use but delivery was a problem. The delivery date changed twice. The trees arrived loosely packed in a large box. The box was delivered upside down and the tops of both trees were broken off. The box was not marked to designate the top or bottom. The trees should have been packed better, and the box should have been marked to keep the top up.
I had a few plants that did not survive our unusually harsh winter. The replacement plants were not received in a timely manner, so I refused delivery. Although I received horrible customer service from the delivery company, Fast Growing Trees refunded most of my money & gave me a 1 yr. Store credit for the balance.
Everything from looking at products to ordering was fine. When I received my order they were somewhat dry and didn't look that great but I sure it happened during the shipping process to get here.
All orders placed took much longer than the expectations set at the time of the order. Orders were delivered damaged and and inconsistent in health and quality. Challenging to get hold of customer service though once you do they are generally helpful. Overall better to deal with your local landscape supply if you know what you want
Excellent service, great products. Plants come healthy and ready to plant.
I was pleased with how my Serviceberry tree arrived: well-packaged and so healthy looking! Upon inspection, I did notice a few spots on its leaves and a little rust fungus on one of the branches. I trimmed them off and crossed my fingers. So far, my multi-stemmed tree has adapted to its new home and is healthy and growing nicely. I'm looking forward to flowers and berries next year!
The bushes were beautiful if they had not been damaged in shipping. Most of the larger stems were broken off and one plant most of the potting soil was out and the roots were exposed. They have put on just a few branches and are still very small. I need to send them back for a replacement. It has taken me a long time to save up to buy them and I guess the stress was too much for them. Please let me know how to exchange them. Thank You Jackie
I have never dealt with Fast Growing Trees, but a former coworker said this company was fantastic. My wife's father always had a fig tree in their yard when they lived in Jersey. We had moved to north central PA two years ago and I was not sure that a fig tree was suitable for our growing zone (6). I checked the website and discovered that the cold hardy Chicago fig tree might be a good choice. I ordered the larger tree and it arrived in great condition. I repotted it into a 15 gallon Smart Pot and it is doing great. My wife's father always had called customer service with a few questions and they were very helpful. Can't wait till it produces fruit.
Ordered a Benjamin Ficus tree on June 1 2025, shipped June 4 2025, delivered June 13 2025 to the west coast of CA. Not looking so good but with some heavy TLC I nursed it back to life and it is improving everyday, tough tree. Thought for a moment I might have to use my warranty. Definitely a real experience I was really not prepared for, but it all worked out.
For years, I always wanted to grow lemon trees but I never have luck. All the trees I buy keeps diving on me. I saw your web site in IM and I said I will try. I bought one, It came in January and I couldn't planted outside because of the snow. I keep in the house until the weather get better. A months later another came. I end up of keeping it and combing together in one pot. Somehow they loving it together. Ty FGT.
I ordered and received over $600 worth of plants in May, all of which were dead on arrival or dying because of a delay in delivery. I spoke with a representative at your company and we both agreed that the plants probably suffered heat damage by the delay in delivering them to my property. On her recommendation, I diligently followed the procedure and filed a warranty claim however, since that date, I have not received a single confirmation or email response from your company. I feel like your company has stolen my money and there's no way to contact anybody because everything must be done online through an AI. There's absolutely no chance that I'll ever do business with your company again nor will I ever refer anyone to your company for future business. I'm a commercial winery and vineyard owner and these plants were decorative for my wine tasting room so my opinion means something to people in Southern California. Just FYI. - Mike
Good service overall, if you could pay more attention to shipping and arrival dates, would be better for planning purposes. Thank you!
My order arrived in a number of boxes, some were too heavy for me to lift. Dirt spilled out of their containers. Some branches were broken and at least one plant of many is struggling to survive. The warranty/guarantee only covers DEAD plants, not diseased (roses) or failing plants (hydrangea) so while I continue to care for them, it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out it is just a matter of time to reach their death. FGT needs to review and improve the quality of the cardboard box and the packaging of an order with multiple specimen within a box.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
