Fignominal is fanominal! ππππππππππππππππππππππππππππ
Choosing which plant to get, and which size, took me a while. I could have called for guidance but figured I could do it on my own (ego)! The plants arrived in tact. They were scrawny little things and I immediately wished I had ordered the bigger size. Once they were planted they looked cute and to my surprise, the bloomed about a month later! They will be fabulous in the coming years. So glad I got them.
I ordered 2 pink mulhy grasses early last summer. They arrived not looking great & I planted them according to instructions. They never really grew and died over the winter. I filled out the on-line forms and up loaded pictures. I heard nothing and had to call. The gentleman was nice. I paid the $12.95 shipping to have them replaced per guarantee. The replacements arrived in a little better condition. I planted according to instructions in a new location. They are living, but not thriving like the rest of my yard. We'll see how they do. I'm hoping to get the pink plumage this fall, maybe it will be a sign they'll live over the winter and actually grow this time.
We received 2 Holly Bushes that were damaged due to improper FEDEX delivery stacked vertically instead of horizontally. We reported that to FastGrowingTrees and they responded immediately and insured replacement of one bush that died. We greatly appreciate the professionalism shown by Fast Growing Trees and will make every effort to use their services again. Truely refreshing to experience such oversight and responsibility.
My green giants arrived and seemed to be a little on the thin side. I called some of them my Charlie Brown trees. I called customer service and complained and was quickly given a discount. I had already planted the trees 28 in total. They reassured me that the trees would fill out and grow well. Two months has gone by and with regular watering the trees do seem to be thriving and getting thicker. I highly recommend fast growing trees and will use them again in the future. I'm overall happy with my purchase.
I recently purchased 5 plants but only 4 were shipped. The customer service team has been helpful in getting that last one shipped. I have a mixed bag with Fast Trees on this and a previous order. They are very responsive when you contact customer service and I appreciate that part of it.
I followed all instructions, and after spending all his money, my trees are dead
Both trees were diseased. Swarming with white flies and leaves all riddled with holes.
I had a great experience with my tree purchase. Fast growing trees shipped my trees to me in a timely manner and in good shape!
We were not notified when it shipped or that it had been delivered.
I received 2 cherry trees in excellent condition. Both had a nice root system and were shipped in a large plastic pot. It was a very hot summer and I've been keeping them watered. They look promising for winter survival.
I ordered 6 trees, 4 arrived quickly and 2 showed up several days later and not in great shape.
I went ahead and planted them all, hoping the 2 would come back out once planted. At the moment the 2 still don't look that great. I will give them another week or 2 to see how they do before contacting fastgrowingtrees for replacements.
Ordering and receiving the tree was a breeze. Tree arrived in great condition and is thriving.
I have order many roses, and a Gardenia bush from FGT. I have come to not care for the Double Knock out Dwarf rose bushes as much as the bigger roses. I guess because I find that the blooms don't last very long even though they continue to get blooms but it takes awhile. I suppose a nice mixture of different flowers will help to fill in the time to get more roses on the dwarf bushes. It will take me a couple years to get to that point. I just started my garden this spring. I have a long garden and about 10 ft wide. I ordered a Gardenia bush got 3 little white flowers which also didn't last long and just yesterday I found another. Only one. I thought these flowers would also stay on the bush for the whole season. Didn't happen with the bush I ordered. I would like to know why I don't have long lasting blooms.?
My shipment was less than I thought. My last order of the 3 gallon roses(2) came smashed and the dirt was in the box but they were more mature and not as delicate as the little dwarf Knockout Roses. Everything is planted and will send pictures. Now I have another order I put in with Lisa your customer service rep. She is such a nice lady and assisted me very well on helping me to find a beautiful lavender rose to climb my privacy fence behind my rose garden. She sent me several pictures of different climbing flowers to pick from. I decided on the Climbing Lavender Rose which is a 4" rose. That will be shipped on Sept 29 th. I don't think I will get to many buds from it this year because the change of seasons will be upon us. I will also order some Jasmine or Honeysuckle come next spring. I am going to see if I can attract Hummingbirds and Butterflies. I have a great desire to have a beautiful rose garden to fill up this area that has been unsightly for years.Hopefully my vision will come to flourish. Lisa also gave many good tips which I will be using in my next planting. Thanks Fast Growing Trees. Love ordering from you and having my plants delivered. Best flower shopping knowing I have a year guarantee with the flowers I spend a lot of money on. Won't get that at Lowes or a Nursery.
We ordered a pink dogwood as a gift to a lady who helped us find our missing cat. Although it took some time to get to us, I found the delay was due to their quality control department, who wanted to send the healthiest tree. We received a beautiful tree and planted it for Hope, and she loves it!
I ordered 25 plants and only 3 survive the 2 roses and 1 tree. The 22 smallest plants didn't survive, I opened the boxes soon they arrived on Friday the plants were hot and they didn't look good, I water them, my garden come on Monday to plant them because he doesn't work in the weekend. The plants didn't survive, one week ago I went to a store to buy plants and the prices for the same plants was last the 1/2 of the price, I wend up chose different ones because when you look the pictures on the website the plants look much better than what they were. I look the police and was not return only replacement and I didn't want pay my gardener again to plant things that won't survive, I lost a lot of money. Night Savia and Daisy was the smartest plants that didn't survive.
My Ruby Ruffle tree and Corkscrew Willow both came in excellent shape and are both thriving wonderfully!
The tree I received looked nearly dead with a lot of the leaves fallen off. I planted it to see if it might live. I wouldn't want to repeat the experience. Steve C.
Ordered several plants and happy with most. The two I had issues with were replaced without hesitation
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
