Shipping was very fast, the fig trees arrived is good shape. One of three was a little spindly, but still healthy.
I ordered some shrubs and when they came they were pretty small and only had a few leaves on them. I contacted FGT's sent them pictures and they immediately sent me new shrubs. They are larger with lots of new growth. Extraordinary customer service and very friendly. Five stars for me!

Please fix this issue with the purchase. I was not sent the correct size plant that I paid for. I paid for gallon size plants. And received 2.5 quarts of a plant. I was expecting and should have gotten more mature plants. I am not closing out this issue as this is the first response to my email.

The process of receiving my two new raspberry trees was made extremely straightforward and simple by Fast-Growing trees. From the operator who took my order and was very informative and nice and efficient to the trees themselves all in all it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to next year when I can eat the berries.
Of the 19 trees I've received 9 are growing well but one tree has drooping leaves even though it gets the same watering as the other trees!
I purchased 36 Trees in total! Everything came in with in a week and were healthy 2 foot trees. The packaging was perfect to protect my trees. I had 3 of the 36 that needed replaced after 3.5 weeks that seemed to have gotten stressed and then heat stressed that didn't make it. I sent them pictures from time they started looking bad till they died. They helped me every step of the way trying to save them before shipping me 3 new trees for replacement. They are very helpful and professional and quick to respond. I highly recommend this company for all you tree and plant needs.
I got 6 hydrangea delivered. One of them was pretty sickly with a lot of broken branches. Customer service made it right and sent out a 3 gal replacement immediately. It is midsummer, but I had them all in the ground in 2 days. Truthfully the other 5 were not ideal either, but they're alive.
Bought two peach trees. The trunk on one arrived broken. I wrote Fast Growing Trees about the issue. Customer Service apologized and sent out a new tree. I got it within a couple of days. Very happy.

The bush that I ordered was in very bad shape, dried out and very few leaves. It looks like it might have been damaged in transit as most of the soil was out of the bucket. I immediately planted and watered the bush and hopefully it will survive

I had 2 trees out of 20 die 3 months after receiving them. I had no issues or problems getting them replaced!
I have ordered a number of times from fast growing trees, and then very satisfied with my plant/tree. This time, however, was a disappointment. The Mandarin orange tree was well packed so that the soil was still moist and there was no spillage. The top of the tree which would make it fit into the 3 to 4 foot category was was broken and hanging on by a "thread". All that was left was the little trunk.
Bought this tree as a gift for my grandsons 4th bday. He and dad will repot it together for years of enjoyment. I hope it's a warm memory of his grandmother's eternal love.
The plant was healthy and well packaged. I've ordered several trees from them before. I would definitely order from FGT again.
I ordered a Hardy Avocado that was in stock, but took over 30 days to ship. Once shipped, it took about 5 days to arrive. Upon opening the package, the tree was beyond stressed. Some of the leaves had turned black, and every branch and leaf drooped. We gave it a drink and planted it in fresh topsoil, and it continued to die. The tree received rain water for the first week and it continued to die. I notified customer service and sent pictures of the ball of death that I received. I was instructed to continue to care for it and it should recover from travel stress. At about 30 days and a tree completely black tree, I was shipped a new tree. It was shipped overnight, and arrived a bit stressed, but green. It is now in the ground with a nice mulch ring and plenty of rainwater. Communication was prompt, courteous, friendly, but lacked common sense with the pictures of death showing that the tree was beyond stress. I expected a bit more. I have purchased from FGT before, and even lived down the road in Leesburg, GA. Fingers crossed on this tree
I am extremely disappointed with the contender peach tree I ordered. The first one we were sent was extremely crooked and just looked like a poor quality tree for how much it costs. Then they sent a second "replacement" tree, which was even worse! It is covered in some sort of disease, what looks like shot hole disease. So disappointed, and a huge waste of money to get unhealthy sickly trees. Don't waste your money here.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
