You could see a foot print on the top of the box where it was stepped on. Open the box 3 limbs were broken. I planted the tree waiting to see. If it will live there is only 60 day guarantee

Surprised it was not in a pot but just a bag of dirt. FedEx roughly delivered a box that was crushed on every side and the tree and some broken branches, but I think it'll survive.

The first tree died. It was very easy to file a warranty claim and the new tree is looking good. Absolutely fantastic cumstomer service. Will order from them again.

On line ordering was seamless and delivered on time. Plant was healthy and no worse for wear when received

Delivery was good. The bush looked great. The tree looks like it suffered a hail storm, torn leaves with signs of drying out in all leaves (brown). Still waiting to see if it makes it... The percentage off on the site is questionable, I had to email back and forth several times showing the simple math and that I hadn't received the discount on my order. Eventually someone noticed and reimbursed the discount the site said I should have had. Not the smoothest but not the worst...

I ordered 6 pink muhly grass plants. Three didn't thrive, and FGT was great about replacing them with three new ones that are really thriving. Two thumbs up!

FedEx delivery on time. The driver dropped the box on its side. My rosemary plant was uprooted and some branches broken.

The plants I ordered didn't arrive in very good shape. Some stems were broken. The plants looked like they were dying

It was a great experience. The tree had a bit of fungal infection ( some black color on the leaves) but I was able to prune it off the tree. It is still alive in ground. I have to wait and see.

But junipers arrived in one large box with individual subsections. The dirt was wrapped in plastic, and the plants themselves were well protected. They were larger than I expected which was nice.

Received the tree a little over a week ago and just planting now. Seems to be a healthy plant so far..

Be aware that they are shipped and handled prior to delivery. The shipping boxes are pretty sturdy but as they are loaded into the delivery truck. They more than likely will be on the floor or bottom with packaging placed on them. Mine came slightly damaged but looked okay. Quality looks good! Plantings went smoothly online directions were great. Looking forward to some additional privacy in a couple years.

Fast growing trees has not only been very helpful in ordering trees, but they have also made it very easy to replace the trees that did not survive the winter and spring. I had no problem getting replacement plants. They have also been very helpful with answering my questions about winterizing my plants and giving them the best opportunity to make it another year.

I received the tree in a box, and the tree looked shocked with burnt leaves. I immediately provided water and prepared the area to plant, following the guidance given in a subsequent email. I have been watering the little guy for several days, but it looks worse, as if the tree is dying. The leaves are falling and turning into a wilting mess.
I don't understand the situation, not good because I purchased this tree for my wife since she has loved the type of tree since she first saw a fully matured tree in our parks.

I love my Sky Pencil tree. I have 12 of them now and the are very resilient and easy to care for. I live in Florida and they thrive!

I recently purchased 20+ plants, and every single one arrived quickly and was packaged with care. One of the blackberry bushes looked a little rough, so I contacted customer support and within 2 hours, they responded and shipped me a replacement. This company has been nothing but fantastic, delivering high-quality plants and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Love the selection of plants that are almost impossible to find locally. Have had mixed experiences with quality of deliveries-- some plants arrive quickly and in great shape. Others have had very long delivery times (on items that were not listed as backorder), some plants in not great shape on arrival (lost about half of my lavenders, fig tree so jostled that the entire root system was broken and needed serious support to recover). Also have had decent customer service interactions when I reached out with a question. Nothing's been so egregious that I wouldn't try again when I need something I can't find locally.
