I receive my shrubs in 3 days once I ordered them. They are beautiful. I can't wait to see how they grow.

The process of ordering my tree and getting it have been very positive and tree was in great shape! My only concern that I need advice about is that I was not considering how late in the season it is already and how little time tree has to mature before winter and was wondering if wintering it in a pot or planting in ground, which is my best bet for survival? Dddd

Tree had a few leaves that were dried and overall tree needed some hydration. After a day later, golden falls tree has been hydrated and looks healthy.

Good planting instructions. Would've been nice if the tiny packet of recommended fertilizer was included in price.

I needed to replace a tree that was planted last year. The winter was rough and it did not survive. I replaced it with a larger tree in hopes that this winter it will be able to weather the season.

Easy to order, reasonable prices, company kept me informed. FedEx delivery was 2:30 AM... wee hours of the morning the day after they said it would be delivered. Overall good experience.

I have bought several plants from fast growing trees over the years and I've never been disappointed. My rose of Sharon from two years ago has gotten so big, that is way I bought another in a different color. Can hardly wait for it to grow up. Thank you!

Great customer service but unfortunately both times the two plants I ordered were in really bad shape or dead upon arrival. One tree that I ordered was fine.

One reason I bought from FAST Growing Trees is because I constantly saw "60 day guarantee." However, when I contacted them about some of my plants dying and some not looking so good, I was told that the 60 day guarantee only applies to some plants. They replaced one plant, but I had to pay for shipping. I finally received my plant about 10 days later, one of the stems was broken. However, the rest of the plant was okay.

My 3 to 4 foot fiddley fig has unraveled and perked up in the last 24 hours. Quite frankly, I was very surprised to get a fiddley fig that was very lush, just like the picture! I also appreciated the plant care page on your website.

Packaging is rather sturdy and protects the trees during shipping- the root ball is still moist and leaves intact.

The bushes were as expected I had to call them because they charged me 8.95 for a a free water in can.

My tree arrived quickly and was in excellent health. It has a nice habit and is settling in nicely in its new pot.

Originaly Ordered 4 Hydranges That arrived in smashed boxes, but survived well and are growing. So pleased with quality that I ordered 4 Dappled Willow shrubs... a sickly Fig arrived by mistake. Was not impressed that Customer Service is by e-mail only! Finally. Second order sent and arrived in poor condition! Feel like I was sent the last on the lot! Expensive and sad experience..

Arbovitae trees are exceptionally small. The trees were advertised as 2 ft, and the tree height was just over one foot. The packing of all products was poor.
