I received 2 beautiful Geraniums, followed all instructions, gave them plenty of morning sun, watered when soil was dry down 2 inches, in approximately 2 wks one died, repotted other, size approx 2 times original. In both cases when leaves turned yellow, fed with 1 tbls to 1 gallon water. Presently the remaining one is wilted and appears to be dying. I will continue to follow instructions and try to save it. I was so proud of the lovely plants when received.

My strawberry vanilla hydrangea came perfectly packaged and in perfect shape. It is already growing fast. Thank you for excellent customer service. I will order again.

I ordered my trees about 2 months ago, or so. My credit card was charged. SInce then, I recieved intermittent emails advising due to the weather extremes my order is being held until conditions imporve. I have not heard anything for awhile and have no idea if my trees will ever arrive.

I ordered four 3 gallon size Karl forester grass plants to plant in the back yard near the fence as a kind of hideout spot for my Old English Sheepdog Willoughby to rest and nap among the sweeping flowers of the tall beautiful grass. While I just received the plants and they aren't planted yet ……. They are robust and very healthy specimens! With fast growing trees packaging the plants arrived safely on Saturday afternoon. I have purchased a significant amount of plant stock from them over the summer and been consistently pleased with the quality, price, prompt delivery, the supportive expert advice and ultimately the beautiful results. I will be eagerly looking forward to the start of next years growing season and witnessing Willoughby 's delight enjoying his special spot amongst the grasses and hollyhocks!

I bought 22 plants from this site, maybe 12 of them are going to make it. It's been 3 months since I purchased.

I had ordered a few plants in the past from them. Had a couple of questions before purchasing again, so I went to the chat feature. Spelled out my situation and Paula was wonderful help! I've always wanted azaleas, so to find out that they may be perfect for my area, I was thrilled! Looking forward to getting them so we can enjoy some color in our backyard next year!

I am very pleased and impressed with the ease of ordering, the communication and status of my order, the speed in which I received my order and the exceptional condition of the tree/shrub upon receipt (Coral Crape Myrtle & Nellie Stevens Holly Shrub). Both actually had flowers on them, and the crape myrtle has sprouted another one. I received them 5 days ago and planted both 4 days ago. I got someone else's trees along with mine. The easy part was I didn't have to send anything back. They said just keep them. One I've planted, the other I have no desire for. My trees looked bad when they arrived with broken branches and brown leaves. However, since planting them and cutting back a little they have bounced back. It was a mixed experience. I probably won't do it again.

Plant came in not great shape. Very easy to communicate with customer service and issue fully resolved very quickly!

The CS experience was excellent and the suggestions and recommendations were very helpful. However the replacement shrub arrived very loosely packed in soil and showed more symptoms of stress with brown tips on the shrub. Some surface roots were exposed all around the top base. Shipment seemed to take 2 days longer than expected in a very hot box
