Customer service is an amazing. We had a tree that never flourished. The customer service quickly replaced the tree.
Trees were damaged with broken branches and soil all over and never recovered after planting.
Ordered a tree that arrived with box caved in, tree completely out of container with roots displaced and dry. Therefore when planted all the leaves had fallen off and wasn't sure it would live. It is coming back slowly but overall disappointed in tree. For the price I paid I could have gotten one locally in much better size and condition.
Plants are always healthy upon arrival. I am very careful to see what plants will thrive in my zone, and anticipated some direction upon my order. I was really disappointed to find that the shrubs that I ordered may not thrive in my zone. 😔
I ordered a 6ft avocado tree. I got a 6ft avocado twig. I contacted customer service to let them know I was not happy with what I received as it looked nothing like the picture I ordered and believed I was getting. Customer service didn't care. They said the picture was of a mature tree. I think y'all need to do a better job of showing pictures of what is actually being ordered. Feels like false advertising.
It was a hot, dry summer, a bad one for planting new shrubs. But we planted our junipers and watered them faithfully and they survived this harsh summer.
Of the two recently received trees only one is seemingly surviving. I'll be using the 60day guarantee in next few days to receive a new Apricot tree in spring. Too late here to try and start one now. Fall plants don't survive here through winters
I have received lovely trees that are growing well. But, last spring, although the tree was listed as "in stock," the order never arrived and I was forced to cancel it.
The ordering process and zone finds were easy. The tree itself is very tiny like a twig. I have followed the directions for planting and time will tell if it will become what I hope. I was expecting it to be a bit more full for the height when looking at these trees in person, but I am going to be patient and hope for the best.
Shipping was delayed by about two months because of quality issues at the nursery, which is fine. However, I only found out about this after calling to ask about the status, which I had to do several times because I was never sent any information about the delay or given any updates about when my tree would be sent.
Very good shipping method, trees arrived in great condition
My first order of bulbs was mixed. The Paper Whites grew, but the Purple did not. Holland Bulbs would not refund my money, so I tried the Mixed Gladiolus bulbs. One plant came up, but never bloomed. These were planted in an area with many other very healthy plants, and are irrigated. I'm giving up! Not worth the work and disappointment.
Our little twig of a fig is now over 6 feet tall and doing great in September.
Ordered two indoor trees. They looked terrible when they arrived. They replaced one and the replacement was just as bad. Still trying to bring the trees back to life. Complete waste of money but so glad I learned my lesson on a small order. I almost purchased a 20 pack for the yard.
We ordered our trees a little over a month ago. They appear to be happy and surviving.
I placed an order on 7/7 after speaking with customer service. I asked if I could schedule a delivery date of 8/29 and they confirmed I could. I was hoping to utilize Labor Day Weekend to plant my 120 trees. I even took off the 29th so I could be home for the delivery. I spoke with customer service several times throughout the week and they guaranteed delivery. It's now Monday 9/1 and I still don't have my trees. I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. Definitely not buying from you again.
Trees were loose in boxes cause multiple branches to be broken. Customer service offer NO help.
3 of the last 4 trees I received were damaged during shipping. Emailed and sent photos. Received no recourse other than a statement they should grow out of it. With broken branches they are not growing out. Planted 6/17/2025 and they still look terrible. Next trees will be purchased locally.
Everything I bought has done well & I get complements on all the plants
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
