I bought 4 trees, 2 died, 2 lived. Got 1 replaced after jumping through all the hoops. $35.00 for delivery also. It was already being eaten by something. Contacted company so now I have 3 dead trees/sticks in my yard. Never again.

I already sent you my experience over a week ago haven't heard back from you. This is regarding the 10 trees I ordered and you only sent six a week and a half later you sent four more one showed up to completely dead. The other three don't look so good the main six look like they're probably gonna make it but not sure. Can someone please get back to me

I'm very pleased with the quality and condition of the plants I ordered.

I ordered a fast growing tree, a 4' length. My office where I ordered from is zipcode ******* (New Orleans). I live in zipcode ******* (city of Mandeville, 40 miles to the north. I planted the tree. Added root stimulator. Watered every 2-3 days. Within 2-3 weeks the leaved started turning gray/brown. I contacted FastGrowingTrees. I was told that the trees should not be planted south of zone 8. Mandeville appears to be on the edge of zone 8 and 9. FastGrowingTrees had my office zipcode and did not warn me that I would have a problem nor did they suggest another tree. I was also not aware that planting in a warmer zone could be so dangerous for this particular tree, certainly not on the edge of zones 8 and 9. I was offered no replacement. I ordered another tree from another source.

I had a tree that didn't survive, and they reimburse me a credit to use. Which is better than a spit in the eye.

Ordered laurel hedge, all trees in good health, well packaged.

Healthy trees at a good price. They arrived very quick and were in great condition.

We've ordered multiple times and have been very happy with our trees and plants. We love our 30+ Emerald Green Arborvitae's, Tri-Colored Dappled Willow's, Lavender's, and 8 fruit trees. It's great having it all show up at your home, boxed up well, very healthy and in great condition. We will definitely be continuing to order more in the future.

Healthy tree but took about a month for me to receive it. Healthy but very little top part, meaning the green leaves and branches. Hope it fills out more next Spring.

I purchased 16 Emerald Green Arborvitae 3-4ft trees. After a few weeks I contacted customer service and replaced one that died. A month or so later three more died. I replaced them with the same type trees from Lowe's. So far so good.

I ordered an avocado tree I had to wait about 6 weeks before it could be delivered to Las Vegas because of the extreme weathers across the country. I appreciate the care they take with their plants.

I started with the purchase of two trees. They arrived as stated and in great condition. It was clear they had been packaged with care. I have now purchased over 30 trees and will continue. I have a large farm and this is my go to for tree and shrub purchasing. The variety, and clear instructions for what grows best in my area, as well as how to care for them, has been amazing. When a few didn't survive, I was able to send photographs with explanation and they replaced them quickly. It's been a great experience.

Bought three arborvitae trees. Small and skimpy on arrival and one had a large area of black growth. All three have already died.

All plants came very well packed. One was smaller than I expected bot it's growing and blooming.

For the first time I am ordering something online I am hoping for a great experience my package came in the mail but it was one short went to customer service they fixed the problem my second tree arrived two days later

Order a pink Dogwood in march finally came at the end of August
