Has anyone posting on site jabber had any experience with https://www.fastcardtech.com, their phone and tablet prices are as good as or cheaper than deals machine and I need an alternative place to shop so any advice will be truly appreciated.
They do honest business, respect costumers, web site presented in a nice view. Several shipping options and prices. Good variety of products and a good customer support. Will sure be back to the store for my next purchase
It has been passed 30 days since i made my payment on a phone but the tracking number shows nothing, and they keep fooling me saying that they will speed up the deal. I will ask paypal to ban them. I wouldnt recommend you buying from this site

I bought the device 11/2015. It was unfunctionally from the beginning. After many questions and answers with videos I sent back the device. Unfortunately, 180 days of PayPal were over due to the many questions from the shop. I sent the device back on 13.07.2016. It has arrived, was confirmed to me. To this day I have received no replacement. Meanwhile, the support is no longer reported. Cheaters! I have warranty, but the item and my money has fastcardtech.

My phone was never delivered (over 2 months of shipping time), the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country, but the local post office, the international shipping company have no clue whatsoever on the location of the package!
2 months of back-and-forth messages with FCT and the replies are always 'we will check', 'pls check with local post office'. 5 times I wrote I did check with the local post office and they have to start an investigation on their side or a refund process, and for the 6th time they replied 'the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the destination country'.
I bought phone from fastcardtech few years ago and never received it. I asked for money back and even it I didn't received. I even paid insurance for the case that pfone is lost during shipping. But from fastcardtech nobody communicate with me.
Got a Meizu phone from here. The phone was delivered completely as ordered with all the additionals. The only problem that emerged was that the delivery time was more than I expected - the delivery got delayed from the store end.
I highly recommend this online store if you want good products and great prices.
Some time you have to wait some days because of free ship. But the end result is worth it. You will find you get same items cheap at least 20% than ebay and amazon.
I was initially skeptical to consider an online retailer that supposedly had free shipping. I mean does that mean terrible service and support, also + horrible product.
Come on that should is BIG NO, in fact just the opposite they are genuine and the products I have ordered and received so far are of really good quality.

I really can't fault FastCardTech.com at all. The process for ordering an upgrade to my mobile and EE plan was simplicity itself. Throw in the excellent Bluetooth speaker, that was on offer at the time, and the fact that they offer lower prices, for the same plans, than EE and you can see why they're so highly rated and successful.
Mobile phone is rubbish. Tech support is rubbish. SERIOUSLY!
Never again. The risk is too big, also when it seems that some (fake) reviews are 5stars.
The price is not cheap, you can get similar quality in your country for less money!
I bought a shirt online via aliexpress When the shirt was delivered it was very small in size no way one could wear it. I lodged a dispute. Seller agreed 4 refund but wants the good to be returned back. Return will cost me three times the actual value of shirt. Seller is stick to it. I have no option but to keep the shirt as return cost 3 times the whole value of shirt.Its a game plan of seller he knew it very well no body will opt for return due to cost involved. Its a win win situation 4 him. Customer care at aliexpress is useless. Now its the buyer who is suffering for no fault of his. I have been supplied a shirt of very small size which I have to forcefully keep as the no other option us awailable.So I want to warn every buyer that be aware of this FRAUD COMPANY aliexpress.If you still dont believe me then you are free to try yourself by buying a product from this fraud aliexpress company.
DO NOT use this company. After paying with PayPal for a phone, they claimed initially it had been sent. The tracking number they provided was false.
After querying this fact, they claimed the item was lost and they would send another or I could receive a refund. I opted for a refund.
They then claimed the refund would be processed in 24 hours. After waiting nearly 48 hours, there was still no refund.
After confronting them about this, they then claimed the order had been cancelled and they'd not received any money from me in the first place.
PayPal dispute and claim lodged.
DO NOT use this mob. DO NOT purchase from them. DO NOT even visit their website!
