I bought a shirt online via aliexpress When the shirt was delivered it was very small in size no way one could wear it. I lodged a dispute. Seller agreed 4 refund but wants the good to be returned back. Return will cost me three times the actual value of shirt. Seller is stick to it. I have no option but to keep the shirt as return cost 3 times the whole value of shirt.Its a game plan of seller he knew it very well no body will opt for return due to cost involved. Its a win win situation 4 him. Customer care at aliexpress is useless. Now its the buyer who is suffering for no fault of his. I have been supplied a shirt of very small size which I have to forcefully keep as the no other option us awailable.So I want to warn every buyer that be aware of this FRAUD COMPANY aliexpress.If you still dont believe me then you are free to try yourself by buying a product from this fraud aliexpress company.

DO NOT use this company. After paying with PayPal for a phone, they claimed initially it had been sent. The tracking number they provided was false.
After querying this fact, they claimed the item was lost and they would send another or I could receive a refund. I opted for a refund.
They then claimed the refund would be processed in 24 hours. After waiting nearly 48 hours, there was still no refund.
After confronting them about this, they then claimed the order had been cancelled and they'd not received any money from me in the first place.
PayPal dispute and claim lodged.
DO NOT use this mob. DO NOT purchase from them. DO NOT even visit their website!

I bought a meizu mx5 from them on November 2015. Not only the order came incomplete, (Tempered glass and eu adaptor were missing) but also the phone started unexpected shutdowns a month ago. After a series of emails I shipped back the phone and demmanded a refund (of course first I made sure that they supported refunds on defective products). They first told me that they will fix it and be patient. Then they told me to sent me another model instead (with worse specs). Long story short still nothing about my money. I can't believe these people run an eshop. Their responses are ridiculous. I regret trusting them with my money and I strongly recommend you don't.

So far I only had good experiences with FastCardTech. The shippment was fast and went to customs easily. I have made a couple orders from this online store, price is very cheap. Which is a good website to choose

I have been shopping in so many chinese stores, and this one has the lowest price and best service, it's fastcardtech.com.the phone is really amazing and cheap, all as the website described. The only one thing that needs to be changed is the shipping speed, it's a little bit slow.
But compare to other companies with all kind of service, this one is really recommended. No matter it's special or normal time, all the year you can getthe unbelievable price.

I ordered a $160 Lenovo Android phone that arrived with the package re-taped and the contents empty. There was a phone box inside, but the box contained no phone, no charger, no cables. When I asked for my money back from FCT, I was told to get a non-existent form from the US Post Office to declare that the phone was stolen, which USPS does not do. I had USPS send back the box with an "empty contents" sticker, but FCT still would not refund my money. DO NOT USE FCT.

I have recently brought a mi4 from fastcardtech. Chose shipping to Australia by DHL.Its been 15days item has not arrived. After continuously contacting support for 13 days I got the answer item finally appear In DHL site with status shipment information received. Status is same since last 4 days. As I contacted DHL I came to know that item is still not delivered to DHL. Its with some local courier who is yet to deliver to DHL. I belive I will not receive this end of this month despite paying premium and faster shipping. Worst the techsupport gives stereotype answer and no delivery commitment. I have been a fastcardtech customer for years and have never had a problem. Products are cheaper, always delivered on time and pay by PayPal let me feel safe.
Shipping speed to me around 15-20days by free ship, this is ok. One time only 6days arrived to me. Only 1 thing let me not happy is I pre-order 2 Pcs Elephone p6000 really let me waiting long time.
But I know that not fastcardtech mistake.
Support is easy you can get them online, send e-mail always in 12hrs they will back to you.
I repaired 1 phones fix around in 1 month and free that is good.
Good shop for mobile phone, Im now devoted and its my go to shop when Im looking for anything. I will of course do research to find the best price.

Having about to purchase my device from Fastcardtech, I decided to use DHL method of shipping however, I've noticed that Fastcardtech have raised the cost of shipping from $45 to $55 within a couple of days. The cost of shipping to the UK for example via DHL is no more than $40 and most other sellers charge less than that. Fastcardtech must sell a lot of devices so must be able to negotiate far better deal in terms of shipping. So why are they overcharging customers.
Customers go to Fastcardtech for their devices but also because of their competitive pricing but if Fastcardtech are going simply inflating the cost of shipping in order to recover make up for lowering their prices elsewhere, then I suggest, let's use another seller until Fastcardtech comes to their senses and brings the cost of shipping via DHL and EMS back to under $38.
