I have recently brought a mi4 from fastcardtech. Chose shipping to Australia by DHL.Its been 15days item has not arrived. After continuously contacting support for 13 days I got the answer item finally appear In DHL site with status shipment information received. Status is same since last 4 days. As I contacted DHL I came to know that item is still not delivered to DHL. Its with some local courier who is yet to deliver to DHL. I belive I will not receive this end of this month despite paying premium and faster shipping. Worst the techsupport gives stereotype answer and no delivery commitment. This is genuine cheating and harassment. I will never buy from them. OrderSN2015121192894
