I have recently brought a mi4 from fastcardtech. Chose shipping to Australia by DHL.Its been 15days item has not arrived. After continuously contacting support for 13 days I got the answer item finally appear In DHL site with status shipment information received. Status is same since last 4 days. As I contacted DHL I came to know that item is still not delivered to DHL. Its with some local courier who is yet to deliver to DHL. I belive I will not receive this end of this month despite paying premium and faster shipping. Worst the techsupport gives stereotype answer and no delivery commitment. This is genuine cheating and harassment. I will never buy from them. OrderSN*******894

FREE shipping according the advertising - you wish so!
They will ask for extra money in addition and making an idiot from you.
I got two answers from two employes completely different about the same order.
Afterwards, I realized that they never send my parcel, provided tracking number was fake and stopped communicating via email.
Long story short. Frauds, cheaters idiots who are abusing our confidence in internet trade!
If you see 1/2 reviews with one star something should be wrong!

I have the same bad experience with fastcardtech as i ordered a phone in july 2015 and paid with my credit car, after waiting and following up with them for 2 months i came to know that the phone has been shipped back to them due to sending it to me without a po box number, untill now in dec they are telling me that they are waiting forthe phone to come back to them, they are cheaters coz it doesn take 3 months for an item to reach back. When i ask them to send another phone on the correct address they go offline, when i ask them to return my money back, they go offline.
I DONT THINK I WILL EVER GET THE PHONE OR MONEY BACK, Please do not order anything from fastcardtech as they are cheaters and frauds.

I recently bought a mobile phone from FastCardTech and i must say they are best as compared to other sites. There Price is amazing and the service they provide after sales is impressive. A+++ Company. I highly recommend them.

Having about to purchase my device from Fastcardtech, I decided to use DHL method of shipping however, I've noticed that Fastcardtech have raised the cost of shipping from $45 to $55 within a couple of days. The cost of shipping to the UK for example via DHL is no more than $40 and most other sellers charge less than that. Fastcardtech must sell a lot of devices so must be able to negotiate far better deal in terms of shipping. So why are they overcharging customers.
Customers go to Fastcardtech for their devices but also because of their competitive pricing but if Fastcardtech are going simply inflating the cost of shipping in order to recover make up for lowering their prices elsewhere, then I suggest, let's use another seller until Fastcardtech comes to their senses and brings the cost of shipping via DHL and EMS back to under $38.

DO NOT use this company. After paying with PayPal for a phone, they claimed initially it had been sent. The tracking number they provided was false.
After querying this fact, they claimed the item was lost and they would send another or I could receive a refund. I opted for a refund.
They then claimed the refund would be processed in 24 hours. After waiting nearly 48 hours, there was still no refund.
After confronting them about this, they then claimed the order had been cancelled and they'd not received any money from me in the first place.
PayPal dispute and claim lodged.
DO NOT use this mob. DO NOT purchase from them. DO NOT even visit their website!

FCT told me order is shipped and gave me tracking number on 2014-04-26.

Then the same day they told me Q9 phone has tech problems and offered to change it for another one. I tried to choose a similar item - there were dozens of similar phones listed in stock that I would gladly take instead of Q9, but none of them was actually in stock!
I asked to return money, but since it was wire trasferred, I understood it could be expensive for them - so I asked them to return money on my PayPal, They refused. The only thing they offered - keep it on my FCT account...

2014-05-06 - that's 12 days after order confirmation (!), they inform me that package was returned back from customs because customs wouldn't let battery to be shipped. Like they never did it before?!?!

I asked to use my money that they have on my FCT account and send it by express shipping. Their answer - "our shipping agent infrom us no service in your country" - which absolutely untrue and can be easily checked on internet (no need to ask some "agent"). So they again kept my money and shipped by cheap post.

2014-06-13 - that is 52 days after order confirmation - package finally arrived with missing and wrong items (in addition to not sending the Q9 phone), namely:
- Leather flip case for $3.90 ----- MISSING
- Value accessory Case + Screen guard for $6.00 -------- screen guard is there, but Case is MISSING
- Specifically asked for white/transparent Silicon Case --------- BLACK CASE SENT INSTEAD
- TF card reader too tight, have to apply a lot effort to insert into or pull out from the USB hole

What I was offered? Just credit the amount of missing items on my FCT account (that is NOT send my money back), total US$47.40... With such horrible service I guess I was lucky to get even that, though I now should think how to use that money that supposedly in on my account... Note that I can use it only by buying stuff from FastCardTech.

In addition - bad English with a lot of errors in emails and a customer service that never agrees with you...

In summary:
I do not recommend FastCardTech (I now call it SlowAndLowTech...)
If you have no choice but to buy from them, NEVER pay by wire transfer. Better PayPal - at least you could be easier compensated if they do what they did to me.

On bright side - the main, most expensive item Jiayu g5s arrived, works fine and I like it.
