I've used Fashionphile a few times. I have always enjoyed the experience and the products. This was the first time that I was disappointed. Not in the quality of the item, but in the way it arrived. The Box was beaten to crap. It looked like people had been using it as a soccer ball. Pictures are attached. There were tears in the box where moisture could have gotten in and really wreaked the bag.
It is definitely something I am going to remember for the future.
When I didn't receive a shipment notice after a few days I tried to call, email, and chat with an agent about my order and had little success. So I messaged them on Instagram and was able to get some help. The team called me to confirm my shipping and got me a tracking number right away and even over nighted my shipment so I could get it next day. When I got the bag it was flawless! Just as pictured and in excellent condition. So satisfied. Will order again.
