I have been looking for this specific bag for a reasonable price for the past 2 years with no luck. Upon checking the site one day I was shocked to see it here! It went on a sale even further and I knew it was meant to be! It was shipped fast and packaged very nicely. The bag is in great condition and I couldn't be happier!

I recently purchased a Louis Vuitton Damier Azur Figheri GM purse to add to my collection. It was in even better condition than it looked on line and with the described wear. Have bought and sold many times. Have never had a problem. Returned this specific item because I didn't read properly and didn't realize it was a smaller version of the bag than I originally wanted. Otherwise I would have kept it.
I was having technical issues completing my purchase and had to call customer service because I was double charged for a single item. Customer service person helped me complete my purchase and was able to assure me that I would be charged once only.

I got a discontinued Hermes 140 scarf (not my first fashionphile purchase) and it's wonderful. Everything I have bought has been in better condition than noted and this was no exception.
The product I ordered was exactly as described and in better condition than I even expected (description said slightly worn but I can't find a single flaw). Shipped quickly. Very satisfied!
The item was listed as Giftable, but arrived clearly used. The box is torn, greased and wrinkled. The protective films are missing on parts of the hardware. And lastly the hardware is scratched.
Attempts to resolve this with support have failed, the mislabel appears intentional.
My experience with Fashionphile was great I looked for a purse that I can have for an eternity as well as sell if need be and still be able to sell it for a reasonable price because of the value and condition of the LV tote bag. Once I saw what I wanted I put it in layaway and got it out within the 60 days.
