I received the bag yesterday. However, the picture did not show the actual condition of the bag itself. I did not realize how bad and deep the puncture on the flap. The picture does not show it well. The picture looks like it was just a scratch. It is more than scratch. The base itself also have a lot of problems, which the picture did not show. I am debating of returning the item now.
As always, fashionphile is above the rest! The only company I will ever sell or buy pre-loved luxury from.
My first order from FASHIONPHILE has been a great experience. I was able to get a purse for a quarter of the price of brand new and it is in excellent condition. It was packaged nicely and securely and was in even better condition than expected. I also love the 30 day return policy. To me, this says they stand by their products and ensure customer satisfaction.

I initially purchased two bags and was charged immediately but over a week had passed and no shipment or movement on my order. When I emailed asking for status, I was told they tried to call me (I wasn't aware) for verification? Because I never answered those calls they decided to cancel my entire order and make the items available again to the public. I then get an email saying that I can repurchase if I wanted but by the time I got to on of the items, it was already purchased by someone and unavailable to me…. I just feel like the situation was handled super poorly on fashionphiles part. I did reorder one of the bags and it was shipped out immediately and they didn't seem to need verification for that. So I'm not sure what exactly was the reasoning for the initial cancellation
Great, items as stated. Arrived timely, packaged neatly in original box and dust bag. Signature confirmation required for delivery which was great to avoid any issues. Will definitely purchase more items for the right price!
Listed item said it was 9.5 x 5.5 bag arrived 3.5 x 5.5! This was false advertising and nobody has contacted me or emailed, just a generic response that says how to return! Why should I pay for return shipping when this was a HUGE mistake on their part, the item I bought was advertised as 9.5 x 5.5 and they sent me the smaller size 5.5 x 3.5 LV pochette! Dont buy it! It is NOT the size they say it is and they wont even respond to customer service inquiries.

Although there was no problem with the package, what caused me a bad experience was from UPS, I was home on the delivery day but I didn't see the ups employee come to my house to deliver. I ended up going to a pickup point to get my package, which wasted extra time and money.It took me ten days to get my package.
