I saw an advertisement for a telescoping ladder on Facebook and ordered it itCame to $32 with shipping. Over 2 months later a received a small envelope with a tool organizer in it that might be something the 99 cents store carries. I write to them and they offered me a $7 refund for the inconvenience. I'm still working with PayPal for a full refund.
Ordered a little portable washing machine and got a collapsible plastic bowl. I didn't even know where it came from until I started looking into another scam I fell for. $30 for a piece of crap plastic bowl not big enough to wash a hankie in. QGearOnline and Foofast may all be part of the same group of scammers, because I see the other scam listed here, too. The GTA-26 Battery Powered Chain saw came in as a piece of chain with straps on each end. Don't fall for any of these ads.
They will send it to the wrong address on purpose so they won't have to refund you your money this business is a total scam. Post office destroys any items that the address litterally does not exist.
These people are straight up scammers... don't waste your money. Ive seem a lot of complaints about them and in my case they sent something i didn't order and initially offered a few dollar refund through PayPal resolution. I refused the offer now i have to pay to ship the items back to CHINA (which when i ordered the items i was told they were in the us) in order to get a refund
I ordered at kindling splitter and part of the offer at the time also include a wire saw ( cheap piece of wire with a ring on each end) Never got the splitter only the wire - after 2 months. Would not refund me via PAYPAL. This company is a scam - I would have never order this if there was an indication it would ship from China
Everything was smooth in the first few months, but one day they told me some merchants got GBPP penalty and the transactions were suspended, as well as my money. They told me they will settle to me after all my orders fulfill 180 days, then hear nothing from them anymore. I thought they were scammers.
They reached out to me last week saying my money can be released now, after submitting again my bank details and some ID information, finally I receive my money after 8 months!
Honestly, their gateway works perfectly, but their settlement and the after service are terrible.
Recommended by friends to use their system, not as bad as the review here. They have great communication and i can receiving my money on time at present. As far as I can say, it is a stable payment system.
My previous merchant account was shutdown, so I had to find a new payment gateway that can accept my IPTV subscription business. After a few weeks enquiry, Fashionpay is the only one that can accept by business, so I had to compromise to their expensive fees and terms, but I can say now the profit has already recover the fees.
They have longer payout cycle than my previous payment processor, 30 days, but 4 settlement per month is quite reasonable.The payment approval is not bad, most of my customers are from Europe, the approval rate is about 70%, sometimes can be extremely high.
I ordered a wig and it was nothing like they had advised. I ordered a human hair pixie cut wig but I got a Synthetic bob wig that as soon as I brushed it the hair started to falling out.
Do not work with this company
They will set your account up, take your fees and 90% of their transactions will decline.
Once they have your money they will ask you to keep processing more and will never send you a single penny. They stole over 40,000$ from us until today

I was quite worried when I saw the reviews here, they invited me to visit their office in Shenzhen. I came visit their office with my Chinese friends. Finally I gave it a shot, and it turn out to be not scammer.At least they really did help me with the money coming in, and I received my money back. But to be honest their fees is quite expensive.
I paid for a hand held Stihl chain saw. I asked several times for a confirmation of my order and all I got were some useless emails that said it was on the way and to be patient because shipping has been delay due to high volume.
Asked for refund and then demanded refund. All I got was a piece of chain saw chain with two handles. These guys suck and should prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

This company love the bait and switch, or just purveys counterfeit merchandise. They will try to drag out disputes until you get sick of it and quit
Just got scammed for about 400 usd. It was a calculated risk, but i wish i'd seen this page before. Don't throw away your own money, they are for sure spent better elsewhere. Send me some good karma instead. If you are still buying something from alibaba you sure should make payment with their insurance, paypal or other more refundable source of $ then lets say binance or coinbase… And the obvious, don't shop at Shenzhen Aoqi Network Technology Co
So what i've learnt from this experience:
Google the company before you spend money, if it's bad, like this, dont.
Don't purchase anything on alibaba without trade assurance
Don't purchase anything from an un- verdified supplier.
And the common well known fact, if it seems to god to be true.
Ps. After paying as agreed, "some problem" came up, and "the solution" was to pay more… It's like they have learnt a bit from Nigeria.
AND if you are scammed, let it be known! Post it on different pages so that others can be prevented from being scammed. Crime should not be… that profitable, and there is nobody policing trust between the different parts of the world. Ps, they where super polite and nice the hole way. If it was a resturant, and they had semi-good food, i would return.
I bought a drone $249 Au and I was sent one that you can buy for $30 Au. None of the features advertised and the quality is like a toy manufactured for 5year olds.
The modular battery is a cheap plastic case enclosing a 3.7v 1000mah battery. If you know drones then you know just that is enough. Google the E99 PRO. Where is it 6K? The clear plastic thing on top is the $30 strobe. Just a scam from beginning to opening the box. The VR headset and Controller recommended with it have NO CONNECTION to the drone in ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. The controller doesn't operate the drone. The headset does allow the downloaded app to use the phone in it for the worst excuse for FPV Ive ever had.
Highly recommend you go elsewhere
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! They operate under many names and have been removed from FaceBook many times for fraud! My items never arrived and their customer service is so rude and inept they might not even be real people! They went as far as to ask me if I had looked hard enough around my mail box. PayPal also does nothing to stop this and many people have lost their money! DONT.
I ordered ONE of what I was lead to believe was a 4' moving figure of a grinch but what I received was a 14" stuffed grinch non moving and was charged for 2 of them which I did not order! They have refused to reimburse me but for $10!
