This company is by far the worst company ever. Wigs is bad quality. I returned them September 27,2020 and still no refund. They don't respond back to you. It's a total scam. Worse wigs ever. If I could rate 0 I would.
First I ordered a 3 for 50 plus taxes. I've still not gotten these, I ⁶⁵ I am have searched everywhere for help with Jiumengs phone number. The email they list for customer service returns undelivered. I'm now not sure what I need to do so I'll work with my bank to see how I need to proceed. So unhappy.
It's a scam. I ordered wigs that are falling apart and don't look at all like they have them on the pictures! They said they'll return your money if you're not satisfied but now they pretend like they don't know who am I. Luckily I paid over Paypal so they told me to claim a dispute for money return. Just can't stand liers like this disgusting scammers are!
Garbage product. The wand part wouldn't hold up to any pressure. This product isn't even credible to be sold at the Dollar Store. Do not buy! It was 30.44 US and I was charged for shipping even though this amazing promotion was free shipping. Then they charged me.48 US for Insurance. I am in Canada so my total was 42.61. Junk. I am trying to get my money back but am having trouble getting contact return information. Nothing in the packaging for returns.
Do not purchase any wigs! They are nothing like the pictures presented. Garbage! Beware! They show these beautiful women with very nice hairstyles. What I received looks nothing like them. The wigs are extremely shiny and look cheap looking.
I ordered a "Star Trek" shirt, and received a "Transformers" shirt (pictured) in a very tiny "Large" size from Shenzhen Shanglaitong Network Technology Co. I complained and was offered a 20% discount. I held out for 40% return (and that was begrudgingly accepted by me), otherwise I had to pay postage to return the item and wait for it to arrive back in China for a refund. Very angry.
I purchased a smartwatch, and suppose to get it in 2 weeks. I waited for more than 6 weeks then I reported the issue to Paypal as I used Paypal for my payment. Then, they contacted me and offered me a %10 discount if I close the case, I did so but they did not give me the discount. After waiting for more than 2 months, I got a BAD quality watch.
What I received was a chainsaw blade with a handle on each end for me to cut manually. They offered me $8.00 credit because I didn't want to go through paying to send it back. I wish I would have seen this page with reviews. DO NOT order anything from them. They are scammers and are making money by sending you something you didn't order. STAY AWAY!
Wish I could give them a 0. Fell for the great advertisements (stolen) for some beautiful wooden puzzles. Paid for rush shipping as a surprise gift. After 3 days an no updates started emailing the available addresses and no responses. Filled a dispute with Paypal but not holding my breath so I'll be going through my bank. Avoid at all costs.
It took about 6 weeks to receive the 2 wooden puzzles I ordered though I got the owl puzzle instead of the lion one I ordered. Looking at my paypal receipt it shows I paid $90 Canadian EACH for these! It was supposed to be $90 in total, for 2, because of being 50% off. I can't believe I would have clicked send on this huge amount. Maybe I did? I now see that there are many unsatisfied customers who have not had a good experience. I will not buy anything online from a pop-up ad again. That extra $90 that was taken. I will call that the "tuition fee" for a lesson learned. I will source out an items from legitimate businesses from now on, with email addresses and phone numbers that work.
This company will take your money, not send you the product and then generate false documentation to show that it was shipped. Stay away, cancel your order ASAP if too late and you already clicked purchase.

They are not honest they also stole from us. 7 year experience of stealing from customers? As the others say be careful to give them any upfront fee or long term fee they should be making there money from transactions not stealing setup fees from people and saying a few months later issue with system
I ordered two real human wigs from China paid for both $30 (the cheap price already made it unrealistic). Received it two months later. They look ridicules and far from real hair. The hair was falling out on touch and you can imagine when i tried to brush it plenty of hair fell out. I learnt one thing - trust your guts telling you it is too good to be true.
They have stolen my money and now they are moving their shady business to a new website. They ask US$5000 for setting up a processing account without providing any services at all. They are dishonest clowns from China using fake female names all along. Don't trust them at all! They will rip you off!

I saw an advertisement for a telescoping ladder on Facebook and ordered it came to $32 with shipping. Over 2 months later a received a small envelope with a tool
organizer in it that might be something the 99 cents store carries. I write to them and they offered me a $12 refund for the inconvenience. I'm still working with PayPal for a full refund. A total scam!

Ordered what I thought would be a lovely puzzle to do on my travels around Australia. Received a ridiculous Star Wars cartoon people one instead of the rose window I wanted. Grrrrr.

Ordered product, over charged me... pretended to care but didn't. I cancelled order within 24hrs but the claimed to have shipped it even though confirmation was after my cancellation. They are now ignoring all emails. DO NOT FALL for what i did.
Ordered the battery powered woodcutter and basically received a chain. The support email provided was bounced back and not even PayPal could get in touch with them. I suggest to do research but also stay away from any sites using usd currency as I've now been scammed by at least 4 of them
