I enjoyed shopping with your app and I shopping with you for along time and containing. I didn't go through a negative with you guys I can say your store is my favorite but I think you can do better you don't have to but you will be number one if you give a special membership for your customers who always in touch and buy from your store or coupon. Like you appreciation that they choose you from millions. Other ways I enjoyed with you and I always find the help and all the respect form Farfetch team and I will always be from your fans

Very fast service and fulfillment of my order. Only MAJOR complaint was the excessive shipping charge on an item that they used to ship for free.

Expensive but very good product, lot of choice even among the artciles that are sold out everywhere after yes the prices are much more expensive than elsewhere.

My first shop was so bad but my second shop are amazing. They send the parcel without deffect and shipment was so fast. Thanks

Speedy delivery but the way a $1,300 dress came packaged was horrendous. Rolled up in a small ball, shoved in a box, without a garment bag, or tissue.

Good products and lots of range. Super fast delivery by DHL. Authentic products with good packing. Good to buy!

Super happy you delivered your promises, my item arrived before time wish made me so surprised and happy driver was so professional called to check if am home.

The slides are decent i feel as though if i pay over 100$ for slides it should feel and appear as such the logo on the slides is cheaply made you can see where the print didnt full cover the sides and they are very widely made at the top other than that they are cute

This is the worst company I ever purchase stuff from I ordered a sneakers from them which was pretty pricey I didn't receive the product and I called them they telling me to call the DHl and DHl telling me to call them its just all run around I never got my money back nor the product SMH it's more than four months now they say doesn't responsible for it and they never have a supervisor or manager yet they full of crop beware

I ordered a Ganni dress which costs HK 2300. But the fabric pattern of the dress is of different as shown from the website. Customer service has responsed and suggested alternative in view of my disappointment promptly.

Excellent service, the item got a little damaged but I can't do anything because was the last one but it's fine, next time check the quality!

The Pinko Bag i ordered is nice and good quality (real leather). Well packaged wrapping.

Very nice soft, green peace of clothing. Satisfied with the quality. Fast delivery. Delivery service messed up at first, but next day i eventually received my package. Overall satisfied. Farfetch should make sure that deliveries are actually delivered by the courier to the addressee, not just unloaded somewhere.

The only reason why I gave four stars was because in the picture the color of the cap looked a different nicer brighter red but when I received it, the color is burgundy not what I expected. But over all Good experience

Shipping really fast. The bag itself - Beautiful! Just packaging from the boutique sent didn't involve the original Saint Laurent box and packing which I hoped for, instead the boutiques own wrapping and box.

I love the shoes! Such an essential statement but I bought half a size bigger. Hence got to add a few insole

Over all it was a positive experience.
My item was shipped from Texas to Maryland and the shipping cost was $10.
I would have liked if shipping was free since the item was over $100 and the item didn't arrive expeditiously despite it was "UPS 3 Day Select (standard)"
I placed my order on a Friday and it was at my door the following Friday. So it took a solid week for domestic shipping, so because of that I think no shipping fee would be more appropriate.
I will probably buy from Farfetch again in the future but if while browsing I find the item I like with shipping included from another vendor, guess where I'm going to buy it from?

I bought a Bottega wallet at $920, suddenly after I received my order, the price changed to $749. Why? I love Farfetch so much and I've introduced it to a lot of friends and family, most of them now are addicted to Farfetch, this type of changing is unfair and not good for your reputation.

The site was easy to navigate and to find what I wanted. Kinda a pricy comparing to other sites for the same item. I wish they deliver in fewer boxed though

It does not look like the photo. When the width looked bigger in photo than actual. Very unfortunate.

I love Farfetch. Bought many items from them and those were shipped direcrtly from the boutique stores in France and Italy. When an item didn't fit, I returned them via DHL. DHL would do the necessary paper work and seal the box right in front of me.
That being said. Whatever items I returned in that box are untouched by DHL until they arrive back to Farfetch.

I read 1 reviewer complained the items he/she returned got swapped with something else. Those stories are made-up. Not true. He/she probaly took the goods and returned using junks from their closet. Terrible.

I shopped with Farfetch for almost 8 years and that never happened.

My only complaint now is that some items I want to buy now are shipping directly from the U.S. and Farletch is imposing the sales tax on me. That is expected I know, but I'm not happy.

So happy with my purchase, I like the prices and that they carry so many different top of the line brands..
