The items sold on Farfetch are fake, and probably made in China that you can get from DH Gate. They sell Yeezy Boost v350 for £1200-£2000!, these trainers are £250 to buy from official Adidas Yeezy website. They sell versions of these shoes that are already sold out first day of sale so they are obviously fake. This website charges extortionate prices for FAKE items. Quality of goods is terrible and customer service is non existent. Any one from the UK do NOT buy from this website everything on here is fake and massively over priced I have no idea how this shop is still open legally. They will also do anything in order to not refund your item, just read all other reviews on other websites and you will see the things they try to do to not refund you.
I just got canceled for 6times on my order! The error about payment security they told me to send them the ID and a picture of my credit card (which was not ok because of a 480$ Item) and again got canceled and noone helped

I am very disappointed with recent purchase with Farfetch. After two days of purchase, i have checked the status of the order, it shows one item has been cancelled due to out of stock. They ripped me off for $250. I never received my order and they refused to replace or refund me. I spent thousands with this company and couldn't understand why they were not willing to replace my lost package!

Order some boots on sale for $410 I was so excited to get these boots so I waited days for it to be shipped only to see that my order was cancelled for some reason. It says my order was cancelled because it sold out, but clearly it wasn't because the boots were relisted in their site. I was never notified by email or anything. The only reason I know is because I was constantly checking their site to see when my order shipped. Really disappointing. Won't be ordering from them again

This was my first time shopping on the site and it was very convenient. They had a great sale going on that I couldn't pass up. Shipping was very affordable and fast. I had to return one item because it didn't fit and wasn't too much of a hassle. I definitely would purchase from this site again.
I purchased New Balance 550's off Farfetch and the box not only came damaged, but the shoes had dirty marks on the leather and soles. Considering they marked up the price to $305 NZD from $200 NZD, I was shocked when the shoes came damaged. I asked for a partial refund so that I can get these fixed but they refused, only stating that they can only cover 5% which is a joke. They wouldn't even cover the full cost of repair.
I love Farfetch. Bought many items from them and those were shipped direcrtly from the boutique stores in France and Italy. When an item didn't fit, I returned them via DHL. DHL would do the necessary paper work and seal the box right in front of me.
That being said. Whatever items I returned in that box are untouched by DHL until they arrive back to Farfetch.
I read 1 reviewer complained the items he/she returned got swapped with something else. Those stories are made-up. Not true. He/she probaly took the goods and returned using junks from their closet. Terrible.
I shopped with Farfetch for almost 8 years and that never happened.
My only complaint now is that some items I want to buy now are shipping directly from the U.S. and Farletch is imposing the sales tax on me. That is expected I know, but I'm not happy.
I purchased a Proenza Schouler bag from Farfeth for $900 and just 3 months later it had broken as the strap was faulty. It has now been four months since I returned my bag and I still have no replacement bag or my money back. Customer service has not kept me updated at all and only replies to me when I email them demanding answers. The last email I sent was not even responded to! I have requested a refund multiple times and I am consistently told I must wait to see if my bag can be repaired first. I am unsure why it takes four months to determine whether a bag can be repaired!?!? I will never shop with Farfetch again and I suggest no one else does either!

Yes, I received the item but my credit card was overcharged by farfetch.com. The contract of sale, as stated on the website, is directly between the buyer and the boutique. The charges on my cc have nothing to do with invoice that I got from the boutique. The card was charged by farfetch.com. They refuse to refund. The explanation provided is that the price should be the same as the price in EUR in Italy. This is wrong as the Italian price includes 22% VAT which doesn't apply to US consumers. The invoice from Italian boutique reflects correct price.

I'm waiting more than four months for my Golden Goose sneakers. One month ago I requested my money back and then Farfetch stoped answering. When I call them, an operator says that they will deal with the issue and send me feedback till end of the day but I never recived an answer from them. They took my money and never sent me my item back. They stoled from me. Somebody please help me, I don't know what to do anymore.

I came to this website to buy better quality clothing, but they really don't care what they send you. First I came here twice just to give them a chance, but the first time they sent me stuff that was not up to a higher pricing stander, the gear would not hold up for the first few months. Second, they only give you less than a week to send things back even though every other clothing brand I have purchased from has given me a month. For the clothing I bought 100 dollar sweatpants and the button came off the first day by me just moving it a little. Do not waste your money with them for the reason to that you can find better quality stuff for the same price or even less. Also they miss advertised some product, like swimshort as shorts
I purchased a bag with all given measurements, pictures in details, nothing left to imagination on what to expeect. Paid shipping and all due customs taxes only to receive same bag in much smaller version, all different from the measurement and pictures on the site. After complaining I received an email promossing that after returning the item, all shipping and other costs would be refunded in Farfetch credit. After returning the item though, I never got refunded of those costs and was told I had to deal with my Government, although the whole purchase was a clear fraud at this site. Will never purchase again and advise so to all people I care about.

This is my 2nd purchase of the same item. For the first purchase, wrong size was sent to me. I have to request for refund.
For this purchase, the wrong size was sent to me again. The shoe box indicated the correct size. However, the shoes inside is of another size.

Ordered a Kenzo jumper from Smets in Brussels, the payment proccess was super easy, I used paypal without a hitch. The shipping charge is pricey but my order arrived to me in before 10am THE NEXT DAY! Just in time for the weekend!

Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
