I ordered a Converse x Brain Dead Chuck 70 shoe which is 41 Eur. You sent me something I do not even know. I bought it for my sister's birthday and you can not imagine her disappointment when she opened the box. I am your custumer who is from Turkey and I was telling everyone how responsible you are because you were informing me for every step of my cargo. But in the end you victimized me. I am sure you know about the exchange rating with usd and turkish lira, and it is not your fault but it's huge problem for me. I paid all the taxes including the custom duty. They were a lot. I can not pay them one more time. Even it's size is wrong. I do not want to be stressed for the mistake that does not made by me. Waiting for you to compensate the situation. I want exactly what I ordered without paying another custom duty.
I ordered a Ganni dress which costs HK 2300. But the fabric pattern of the dress is of different as shown from the website. Customer service has responsed and suggested alternative in view of my disappointment promptly.

My 15year old son saved for months for a £200 palm angels t-shirt. 2 washes and the transfer is coming off all over it. Complained, sent pictures which clearly show its faulty, the black nose of the bear as well as other parts of the transfer were speckled all through the t-shirt when it came out of the wash! They offered me £20 as they say they can't know how it was washed! I'm not an idiot I know how to read! Trying to Squirm out of providing a refund for an obviously overpriced poor quality t-shirt. Dreadful customer service! Total rip off!
I bought this maap jersey Mar 30 2021. And i used it for the first time at april 13, and got a badluck i have serious accident that made my shoulder dislocated and this jersey have a big tears! I try to ask any replacement from maap policy? And farfetch doesn't have responsibility to make a replacement! That really not professional in my opinion! Because i saw a policy from maap that they can do new replacement if jersey have a damage from accident with giving 40% off for new replacement, Never2 want to buy from this company again. And jersey that i received was not the same with jersey in website! I just not have a time to send it back so i keep it! Poor Customer service!

They have HORRIBLE customer service, would not honor my birthday discount, been on the phone 3 times, and they wasted and hour and a 1/2 of my day. A sorry doesn't cut it! Be loyal to your customers who pay such HIGH prices for these items, and treat them with respect. PLEASE PLEASE do not order from this swindler company... you can find the same items on other high end sites, and be treated the way in which you should be!

This was my first order of shoes online on the FARFETCH website. The order arrived exactly one week later with home delivery. The shoes are in excellent condition, the size and models look exactly as shown in the photo of the site. All the delivery information was provided to me by email, no problems occurred. Despite the fact that the products were purchased in different countries, all orders arrived on the same day, two orders were delivered even earlier than the scheduled time. I recommend it)
I purchased a purse on Farfetch and it's been two months but I still haven't received the item. Customer service was responsive at the start - that they will undertake an investigation which may take up to 15 days. 15 days later, I asked for an update. I demanded a refund (USD 2,085.80). I have been repeatedly asking for an update since then but still haven't gotten a response.

My Aape by Bathing Ape Bomber Jacket arrived in days after ordering. Sadly it isn't my correct size.
I would caution anyone thinking about making a luxury purchase online to steer clear of Farfetch. The company is an operational mess, they charges a premium compared to other sites, and you will be left dealing with lost returns and high mark-up and shipping fees. The bottom line is I would never deal with this company again, and advise everyone I know to take our business elsewhere.
The company sources inventory from "boutiques", i. E. other e-commerce sites around the world. But because of their poor management and irresponsible customer service, the business model creates significant headaches for the customer:
1. Items can be shipped directly from third parties, and there can be multiple return labels with conflicting information. This creates a logistical nightmare: return labels are not linked to orders in Farfetch's system in any way or form, and when packages get lost, Farfetch will happily deny any responsibility even though the customers are following instructions provided. I personally had to swallow a lost return package for $800 even though I used the return shipping label included in my package, because Farfetch did not have it on records and they deny ever receiving the return back. Customer service dragged on this investigation for two weeks at the pace of 1 email a day, providing boilerplate responses that go in circles. In the end, it's a small price to pay to learn never to deal with the company again, and I want this to be a cautionary tale for anyone looking at buying there.
2. I don't really understand why Farfetch needs to exist because their "boutiques" are typically other well-known e-commerce sites, e.g. Stadium Goods, Tessabit. Farfetch charges a premium if you purchase through them, whereas you can just make the purchase directly through the other sites at a cheaper price, with free shipping, and without the logistical nightmare discussed above. It seems that Farfetch are inserting themselves into the process without adding any value or providing any benefits to the customers, which is mind-boggling to me how they are still in business. Even when they are treating their customers in a shady way to squeeze margins, they are still losing money hand-over-fist if you skim through their financials.

Purchased a YSL jacket and it was too big. I ordered a smaller size from another vendor due to Farfetch not having it. I returned the jacket to Farfetch and to much of my surprise, they said it was damaged and sent it back to me and refuse to address the issue or refund my money. I order high-end clothes from Saks, My Theresa, Net-A-Porter, etc., etc., and have NEVER been accused of damaging a product. BUYER BEWARE.
Answer: In my experience, as far as genuine items go, yes. My recommendation to you is, research the store you're buying from, because your experience can be 0 or 5 stars depending who you're buying from. I bought a new Valentino bag and received an used one from a store called Gente Roma. Farfetch did nothing other than contact the store and politely reply back to me that there was nothing they could do about it! They made the sale, they're making money off me, off course they should have done something. Nope. I could return the bag, which was an option regardless. Gente Roma was so disonest about the condition of the bag, I was afraid they would blame me for sending back a used bag and only give me a patial refund. I felt my safest option was to keep the bag. On the other hand, when I bought a pair of Valentino shoes from Exelsior Milano my experience was flawless. From the fast shipping, to the packaging to shoes that had never been opened. Moral to the story: if Farfetch doesn't have to get involved, you're golden. If not, don't bother with them. Call the Pope or your credit card and dispute your charges instead. You'll have a better chance of getting something.
Answer: Maybe there is a 24 hour time frame to cancel your order after you made it but if that 24 hours frame has passed I'd try calling them. Their customer service can be helpful

Answer: It's a legit website and I purchased more than 5 times with Farfetch. Everything was good, authentic and the shipment was fast as well. I'm not sure how long it takes to ship to Singapore, but for my experience, I live in the US and it takes 3-4 days to deliver.
