I have placed 2 different orders with Fanjoy in the past month. First order was a mystery hoodie & I received it in about a wk. I loved it so much I placed another order that day for a mystery hoodie & mystery joggers, I just received that order, again it took about a wk & again I love both items. For people complaining about getting duplicates in the mystery packs, it literally tells you that when ordering multiple mystery packs you may receive duplicates. It's a chance you take when you order a mystery pack. I'd definitely order from them again. The hoodies are super soft & comfy. The joggers look to be good quality too but I haven't worn them yet so I can't give an honest review.

After speaking to Fanjoy, they advised me to talk to the bank. Which I did. They advised me I will need to have Fanjoy place a tracer on the funds. (Whole lot of back and forth but there is really nothing the bank can do with the closed account) I even provided Fanjoy with bank statements. Now they are simply ignoring my emails and I'm out of money and didn't even get the purchase.

I purchased a sweatshirt in February and didn't receive it in 2 months.
Asked for a refund then got ghosted with no money given back.

Just remember that when ordering a mystery pack it is going to be a mystery, you may love the item or you could hate it. I would also be weary of ordering multiple mystery items in the same category such as +2 mystery Hoodies because there is a high chance of them sending you duplicates.

I ordered several items in November for Christmas. It's March and still nothing. I was told there was a backlog but nothing since. Very dissatisfied and out over $35.
Ordered nearly two months ago. Paid for and still no sign of my order. Asked for refund again and finally got refund. Do not deal with this company. Absolutely rubbish company. One very very unhappy customer.

Ordered yet another shirt from Kian Lawley's Lover collection yesterday after ordering a shirt from Corey La Barries Thank You collection. Got an email this morning saying it's getting ready to ship and sent me a tracking number. Emailed them and asked for a link to help me track my shipment because I was having trouble finding it. Not even ten minutes later got a response sending me the link and was able to check it and got an update and also was able to get text updates as well. Also the person told me that it should be delivered sometime within the next week. Super helpful and very nice both times this is not the last time I will order from them. Thank you fanjoy once again a happy customer.
Iam extremely dissatisfied with FanJoy. My daughter saved all her money from her bday n Xmas to order on the mystery picks just to get 3 of the same!

There is no way the person who is picking the mystery items doesn't know difference of the item that he or she when packing an order! Now she can't return the items!

I've placed numerous orders with Fanjoy and every single one has taken over a month to arrive.
There is little to no communication unless you goad them into it.
I just reached out regarding an order I placed a month ago and was told they haven't even had that particular merchandise in their warehouse to ship out.

It has been over a month since placing my order for a sweatshirt, and I have yet to receive the shipping confirmation. I have reached out a couple times to customer service. The first time they said it should ship within the next week. I emailed them again after not receiving any type of notification for over 10 days, only to find out they are behind and waiting for more product to come in.

I placed an order for Stephanie Soo merchandise for Christmas presents. My order was close to $200 with a shipping fee of $32.2 of my items were shipped and supposed to be here November 23rd. It's now December 7th and fanjoy says my package stopped being updated before it got to me. 3 more items have still not even been prepared to ship since November 16th. I had to cancel since nothing will even be here for Christmas. Highly disappointed

I ordered a hoodie from them and still haven't received anything about it. I've emailed them two other times now and the first time they told me 7-10 business days and then when I emailed again they told me they're waiting on more stock. So they don't even have the product I ordered meaning they're selling stuff they don't even have. I'm so angry. At this point I feel like I'll never get my order. Fanjoy is a joke. Don't even waste your time or money.

I ordered over $100 worth of product. I've asked many times where the order is? I get some basic replies, rather quickly. We're working on it thanks for your patience. We're waiting on the product to arrive. Blah blah blah. I'm almost 100% positive that this company is pulling off a genius scam. They get your money into their account... let it sit there making them interest until you finally ask for a refund. I've asked for a refund and was told will receive it in 5-7 business days! Think about it. Hundreds of orders for thousands of dollars coming in daily, just sitting in that account for weeks/months accruing up to 3% interest... they're making money off your money. GENIUS! Just don't help them out, avoid ordering and save yourself the issues.

I ordered the mystery hoody and sweats on Jan. 16th and it's now Feb. 2nd. Shipping update says "package acceptance 'pending'" at my local facility... Whatever THAT means. I've had packages arrive from overseas faster than these two items from Florida. This is literally slower than my grandma on her electric wheelchair. After the first week when there was no shipment info I contacted customer service and they told me it would be the next day. Two days ago I contacted them and they gave me some long unsatisfactory explanation "Our orders are shipped in batches depending on the specific item, size, or variety we have in stock. Shipments aren't patterned on the order dates or if when it was initially placed but with every item's availability." Like wtf?!
Now, hopefully after all the waiting I'll see if the items were worth the wait... quality and fit. I may be back to comment on that.

I received my very anticipated mystery items. After seeing all the colorful colors and different sayings I was all in. Ordering two hoodies two T-shirts two pairs of sweatpants.
Opened up the bag out came a black hoodie fine second item black T-shirt fine 3 product another black T-shirt here comes the sweatpants both black and ordered the regular size and everything that I wear even name brand Nike Adidas etc I wear a size 2X there is no way these are 2x's they were sooo small. In two different types of sweatpants at that and neither pair would fit wouldn't even come over my thighs and I'm not even a big person, thick some yes but not big nor are my hips big.These would fit somebody who wear a size medium.
And it's so disappointing after you see all these colorful things and sayings and then I get six items all black both sweatshirts conveniently are the exactly same which I knew they was a chance but come on what are the actual chances of that especially ordering 6 items and everything black and 2 exact items. I contacted them their reply.

I don't see why everyone has such negative things to say about this. I ordered a Sam Golbach hoodie 3 days ago. I got an email and a text about an hour after purchasing to show where it was. I have been checking both nonstop because i'm really excited. I just got notified that my package is ready for delivery and that it will be here today. If it is not in 2 days then i should contact them about it. Mine shipped perfectly fine though.
Bought some items for my daughter for Christmas back in early November and still has not been delivered. Contacted their customer service 4 times and yet to get a reply. The assigned DHL tracking number disappeared form the DHL tracking page. So I contacted them to ask why and they advised that Fanjoy created the consignment note for package but never dispatched. This company is fraudulent!
Ordered a T shirt through Fanjoy, a little pricey, but okay. The t-shirt quality was just fine, but the printing colors for my No Love, No Tacos shirt didn't show up on the background of the shirt as they did on the sample. I contacted customer service and they let me know there was no exchange or refund available.
Feel a bit ripped off and won't be ordering from them again.

Received my "mystery" hoodie and tshirt. They are the exact same thing. The sizing is off, quality is poor, and I understand with mystery it's a shot in the dark, but didn't think I would receive the exact same print on the tshirt and hoodie. Will not purchase from here again.
We ordered hoodies for Christmas on November 5th. We haven't received any updates or responses to my emails. Completely untrustworthy, will likely cancel order and explain to our daughter why she didn't receive her fave YouTubers merch
About a month ago I ordered a Colby Brock hoodie from fanjoy and I thought it was going to take long to arrive. The quality of fanjoys items Are really good. I would totally recommend fanjoy for anyone looking to get merch. Question: why all the bad reviews?
