Fanatics has great merchandise but I have yet to receive any. Either their warehouse personnel does nothing to fill the order or their carrier is horrible and doesn't pick it up. Whichever it is, it sucks supremely. Customer Service is difficult to get to, but once you do get a real body, they're the only good thing about the company.
Fanatics is one of my favorite place to shop. I also enjoy and find much pleasure when I'm on the website shopping. Their customer service is the best due to the way they treat you with respect and professionalism.

I placed an order for a jersey with the order number (21-7757-7770). Unfortunately, they neglected to include the apartment number, resulting in the package being returned. Despite this, I have not received any updates from them, even though it has been a month since I placed the order. Additionally, they have not refunded my payment and are unresponsive to my emails. I strongly advise against using this website as they appear to be engaging in fraudulent activities.
Ordered a jersey for my wife for the Super Bowl and paid for one day delivery. Got an email from Fanatics saying "Arrives by February 8." Not here on February 9. Contacted them and they said there was an error in transition and it had not shipped. Not only that, but they could not replace it until next week. All they did was refund. Next time ordering from NFL or MLB Shop and urge everyone to avoid these scammers.
I placed an order on 12/12/23 and the shipping mentioned says 7 days. After checking my order on the 12/15, it is still held in processing status and the update shows that my item won't be delivered 12/29 which is outside of the 7 days my order is supposed to be delivered. I reached out to customer service and they were no help. They said it is too late to change the shipping method or cancel the order. I have ordered with Fanatics before with no issues but this was a horrible experience and I will not do business with this company again.
I've tried for the past two years to get the Army Jersey (t-shirt) for the Army vs Navy game. Last year and this year I paid for 2 day shipping. These guys can't figure out what 2 day shipping is. Last years order placed on 12/3/21 and arrived on 12/16/21. I figured last year with all the "supply chain" issues okay maybe. This year I ordered on 12/2/22 and as of today (12/9/22) it has not arrived. Don't order from this site if you want something in a timely manner.

Do not buy the 3 pack of Norte Dame masks! What a disappointment they were. The quality for the price was awful! Don't waste your money because to send them back, it will cost you 10.00... not worth it and they know it. Thin, cheap nothings... the cost was 19.99 + tax and I paid for shipping!

I bought a personalized sweatshirt, after one wash the name is gone. I will never purchase from them again. I contacted Fanatics who said there was nothing that they could do because it had been washed and worn, also this shipped from a vendors warehouse... excuse, the response from the email requested below was the same, If you have known issues with the vendor why use them? The 30% off offer on the next order is not acceptable because why would I continue to purchase products that are of bad quality from a business who don't stand behind their customers. If I wanted a sweatshirt that the letters were going to wash out of I would draw on it myself. The other issue is with another shirt I ordered before realizing the letters were going to wash off, In order to get a full refund you are required to get an E-gift card to Fanatics, if you want a refund to your credit card you are required to pay 9.99 shipping, so No I will never shop at Fanatics again.

First time around received a bad autograph, but didn't know I had an option to return.
Second time around, a guy called me (D***** Ben*****) and was going to get me the best auto from his few that he would be getting. ASSURED me.
Again terrible autograph, and misled me with the bat case (said it was backed in glass, it was cheap and has no mirror). Doing business elsewhere, sent the Acuna "/12" auto bat back.
One of my shirts on sale was not fulfilled and I got a notice concerning a refund of $31.51. They only refunded me $26.80. They put the rest as a reward credit. I spent my $10 rewards on this purchase and still wanted to use it. NOT COOL! In addition, they increased the price of the shirt being sent to me by $10 so they gain $10 back in their pocket for this very thin poorly made shirt.

I decided to call them after 3 orders were cancelled for no reason.
Called the number I was given and no one answers the phones. Almost one hour of my time wasted on hold w/these people. Not to mention the time I had spent searching for the perfect hat.

I have made multiple purchases through Fanatics and while I have been happy with the quality of the hats and hoodies I have purchased their shirts need some work. Additionally all orders minus one (that was a gift shipped to a military installation) have been delayed. I have even gone as far as to purchase the 2 business day shipping however that does nothing when the order sits in processing status for two weeks and takes an additional 2-5 days for shipping. I have given this company more chances than I should have and have spent more money purchasing their items than I should have. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
It's always a joy to try to take advantage of a sale and you found a couple items you want. You selected one of them and order it. A week later your order is cancelled with no explanation. After talking to a sales rep they apparently never had enough of the item in stock to cover the order. Too late now to order the other item at sale price. Thanks Fanatics for teaching me a valuable lesson, never trust you again.
Live Chat is constantly down. If you call them there is at least a 45 min wait. There is no email to contact them. I purchased lots of item from them, but after this last order, I will not be shopping them in the future.
I ordered a Milwaukee Brewers polo shirt from MLB.com. The shirt didn't have any fanatics branding on it.
What I ended up getting was a shirt that look like the one I ordered. Its so bad that the material feels like vinyl. I am NOT a fan of fanatics! Total false advertisement. I paid 69$ for a quality polo and got trash bag with hole's delivered to me.

This will be my last purchase with this company, worst customer service and they will not make any accommodates. Purchased a customer jersey that stated I'd receive it in x2 but actually it's going to be more like x5 weeks. Customer service does nothing but tell you I'm sorry the order had already been processed there is nothing we can do. How? When I won't receive for another x5 weeks. For this poor service, I will purchase my sportswear elsewhere.
