I would never do this to any company but I will never buy from this company again and I suggest that you don't as well. I ordered a jersey for my son in May and it is now the 3rd request to get it. When looking up the tracking info that they give it states shipped, but it never goes beyond that. When I call to cancel the order they just hang up on me. When I asked for s supervisor I get they are in a meeting and then left on hold or hung up on This company is one BIG joke

Beware that if you order something that does not fit you will automatically be out $20 after going through the return process. Tried to cancel my order and the website stalled out. Their return and cancellation policies match their abysmal quality of clothing, scum!
I placed an order for a jersey with the order number (21-7757-7770). Unfortunately, they neglected to include the apartment number, resulting in the package being returned. Despite this, I have not received any updates from them, even though it has been a month since I placed the order. Additionally, they have not refunded my payment and are unresponsive to my emails. I strongly advise against using this website as they appear to be engaging in fraudulent activities.

I ordered 5 items celebrating the Denver Nuggets western conference win on the night they won i paid for overnight shipping. There were no indications the items were not available at the time when it would have been possible to go out to a sporting goods store that re-opened for the day after the win and purchase items that were in-stock. But being disabled I thought it would be easier to order from these folks and get overnight delivery. I went to track my order and discovered that the estimate was I might receive it by June 5th which I think is when game 3 of the finals is being played. I contacted customer service via chat and they told me there was a positive possibility it could be to them by June 2nd. To me any possibility from 0.1% to 100% is a positive possibility. The excuse they gave was they had not yet received it from the supplier. So sporting gods stores were able to have it for sale and you would receive the actual items but these folks were selling it and misleading customers about their availability and charging a premium for overnight that means once they receive it they will try to get it to you. Really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered

Often times, with conference champs gear, or any type of finals or championship gear, it would be specified as a "Special Event Item". It will state special event item under the product name when looking at the product before adding to cart. I ordered a Milwaukee Brewers polo shirt from MLB.com. The shirt didn't have any fanatics branding on it.
What I ended up getting was a shirt that look like the one I ordered. Its so bad that the material feels like vinyl. I am NOT a fan of fanatics! Total false advertisement. I paid 69$ for a quality polo and got trash bag with hole's delivered to me.

Fanatics advertises on their home page that they have a 365 day return policy. They don't advertise you that if it comes from the manufacture it's only a 30 day return policy. Out of an order of 10 items, only 3 had a 365 day return. Very deceitful. They have lost a customer.
I ordered NHL jersey for my nephew to wear for a playoff game. Ordered 11 days before game but paid for 2 day expedited shipping to be sure he got it. Tracking said it was delivered on the correct date (3 days later) and it was left 'with the person' at 8:33 am. It was NOT delivered. No one was at home then as they are in school and parents at work. I reordered and again was supposed to be delivered 3 days before the Thursday game. Tracking showed delivery Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, then 'misrouted to another state and won't be delivered until the following week. Much too late. Lasership is the vendor and certainly not reliable.

I placed an order but had to cancel it. Unfortunately it had already shipped the same morning I placed my order. Customer service was really helpful in resolving my issue and getting me through the process.

I ordered a LARGE shirt that was so tight it was ridiculous. I needed a 2XL. I am 5'10" and 230 pounds.
Fanatics doesn't make it clear they have a $9.99 return fee. I placed two orders with them that I have to return. 2 X $9.99. Ouch! I know it costs money to return. But they should advertise their fees very plainly.
I placed an order for a jersey on 4/15 because it was supposed to be a gift which was plenty of time to get here before the their bday especially because it was express shipping but then when I was trying to track it the only thing that came up was the label was great then I called to ask what was going on then they told me that my package was undeliverable so they refunded my money after that I replaced the order then this happened again with second order so I called them back and they finally placed my order a third time but it's not going to get here until the 27th now way passed the persons birthday so this was a horrible experience

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying.
