Company described their iPhone cover that would work on an i7 phone but we received the product and it covered up the camera. Then when we tried to return they charged a crazy amount to return. Definitely a company to avoid. I hope people read reviews before ordering from the lousy company. I wish I could do more than leave this review the company is disgusting.
I ordered multiple shirts all in a size Large. One of the shirts was sent as XL. I was told they would replace the shirt with the correct size and not to return the original as it was under $20. OK fine. A week later I receive my replacement and it is again a size XL. I contacted them and they will return the shirt and gave me a shipping label for a refund. They want both shirts though now and I gave one away. How can they ask for it now? I also do not want a refund as I paid for shipping and do not want to have to pay for shipping again to get a replacement. Work with the warehouse and send the correct size, how hard is that for a reputable company?

Upon review of your order, you were advised the first time that you could keep the shirt because it was under $20. A request was made and they advised the warehouse that the size was too large. Unfortunately, the item was shipped before they could review the notes. You were advised that at this time there were now two shirts that now totals over $20 and by policy both shirts would need to be returned for a full refund. I understand that you no longer have the other t-shirt thus is why you were refunded for the wrong sized item. A ticket was open to have the item checked in our warehouse because the bin may have been mislabeled. Our site periodically offers free shipping during the week. I was having issues placing an order online trying to use codes and needed faster shipping. I called in and spoke with AJ. She is AMAZING. She was completely pleasant, funny, was able to handle my coupon issues, walked me through using shoprunner, helped give me ideas about future items I wanted and was able to get me the item is was looking for today for my son's birthday that is coming up in just a few days. Fantastic customer service at Fanatics. I will definitely be utilizing them for all my sports apparel needs for all the sports "fanatics" in my life!

Excited to order 6 different items, waited through three different new shipping dates, called a few times for information, expressed willingness to continue waiting, email received cancelling all items with no explanation. Only place I can buy the Marlins gear I wanted for my wife and myself. Couple hundred dollar sale lost and clearly no care on the part of Fanatics. Best part, the items are still being sold on their web site.

I purchased a Washington State Cougars Big & Tall Primary Logo T-shirt (Ash) as a Christmas gift for my son. I really like the fact that Fanatics sells Big & Tall products. BUT since the shirt has been washed several times, the logo is almost completely gone. The size and quality of the shirt are good.

Bought a Fleece Sweatshirt that fits perfectly and looks good except that the printing of my team logo is way high. It's more than two inches off so the whole thing looks like some amateurs were left in charge of that. Kinda feels like they put all the "accident" shirts on sale and let rubes like me buy them. At least let me know if the merchandise is slightly flawed, might still be interested and feel less like I'm being punked. International buyer so I can't be bothered to ask for a return. I guess be wary about products that are always on sale no matter what. I still like it, because as I said it is a really nice sweatshirt regardless.
Also got myself a Mike Trout shirt that looks and feels great. That one is perfect.

Ordered NHL jersey online; the next day there was a site wide sale. I called them the next business day and was able to cancel the full-price order and change to upgrade to a pro jersey at the sale price. Great customer service and quality, licensed products. I ordered a Carolina Hurricanes t-shirt that a wore and washed 3 times before the logo was 98% gone from the shirt. I reached out *******@FanaticsSupport and without debate or pushback they #TookOwnership and refunded my order. Their shipping is super slow, which I was already annoyed with. Then the product arrived damaged. That's not necessarily the retailers fault, but how they handle the returns is.
I started off trying to return a damaged product. The service rep offered to ship a replacement with expedited shipping, which i initially agreed to. But then she said it would take 3 business days. That doesn't really sound like expedited shipping to me, so I immediately told her to just process it as a refund. She had jumped the gun and processed it as an exchange. I told her to cancel it and I was told that is impossible. That is absurd. It took almost 2 weeks for me to receive my initial order, and you're telling me the replacement shipped within 30 seconds?
Virtually any online retailer is more user friendly. They take longer to ship, have worse customer service/return policies and their prices are no better than their competitors. Why buy from them?

I recently placed an order (279-2247-9390) for 3 apparel items. It took a considerable amount of time, but not unreasonable, for the order to be processed and received. The men's button down shirt that I ordered was in my typical size in a standard fit, but it was a very tailored fit and was far too snug for my liking. I called customer service and they told me I had to use the online system. I called because I wished to exchange the item for a larger size, but they informed me that their company does not do exchanges, which is ridiculous for a clothing retailer to begin with. I chose to go ahead and process my item for return without an exchange in mind, only to find out that they charge an absurd $9.99 return label fee for me to return an item that I cannot use. It looks like I not only have to pay a fairly decent shipping price to receive the item to begin with, but I cannot exchange my attire for a different size and I need to pay an additional 10 dollars to return it. Hassle free returns? That is laughable. Fanatics has officially lost my business for the foreseeable future.

We ordered a nice Jazz Jersey for my son and he was thrilled with the look. After the first wash, the lettering started to peel off. Fanatics would not replace the item. Very disappointing for a 14-year old. I will never purchase from them again.
