Scam of a website!

I placed an order that I never received, I followed up several times always getting different delivery dates. Then I asked for a refund and was declined only to get 1 of my items reshipped because the other one was sold out! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS SCAM CO AGAIN!

I just bought an authentic Adidas Winnipeg Jets Kyle Conner jersey/sweater from fanatics for $280. They shipped it without wrapping the jersey and stuffed it into a little bag. So if, during shipping, it was ripped open, it would get ruined. The bag was so small it came all wrinkled. I bought the Adidas jersey over the fanatics for the better quality. I have bought fanatic clothing before and was thin garbage. So instead of getting a nicely wrapped and boxed fanatics jersey, if you order a $280 Adidas jersey, you get punished. I was going to get a Connor Hellebuyck jersey, too, but never again! Your loss fanatics! You trash!

These incompetent people did nothing at all to resolve my problem. What did they do? They blamed me for the issue which was clearly on them. I was told it had to do with an email? What kind of nuts do insane stuff like this? I have never had any issues using any payment methods. That includes many orders from sites that are more famous than this bungling outfit. It also includes using all the payment methods these nuts canceled my orders over. They cancel four or five orders in a row over a few months at that. How does this joke of a company even stay in business?
I reached out to the nuts and they claim they can do nothing for me because of my safety and security? Huh? I have to reach out to someone different in the company to get them to take the money I am trying to give them? These people are nuts.

I ordered a t shirt. Needed a bigger size. Customer service rep doesn't know if return label can be printed out from where I'm mailing return back from. The post office. So I basically have to go and see if they can print off my return label when the rep should have that basic answer. He's suggesting go to library or some place to print off my phone. Why do I have to do so much leg work on a return? Rep doesn't have answers and very impatient. Upon returning if you choose gift card and order same item you still pay more cause if new tax and delivery. If original payment refunded $9.99 is charged for the shipping return. I don't even think I'll order the bigger size now. But thank you for the bad experience August 15,2023

Supposed to have given it 3 stars, since it was decent, not too good nor bad. But I believe the overwhelmingly negative reviews here are all unlucky customers. Or maybe it's just that I live two states across this business.

Ordered jersey 3 months ago still no refund reach out to them three times already for refund still getting the run around long story short the item was damaged during shipping never came to me the company doesn't have a replacement to give me but still hasn't given me a refund I called they never answer so I used the chat and takes 30 min to get response back the they keep taking long time to chat back after 2hr on chat with maybe three response back they tell me They going to send a ticket to there back office about refund and they would call me while each week I chat with them about refund same response have to wait for the office to call me back about refund it's been three month now and still no refund I ordered here lots of time but I will never again order from them worst customer service ever might need to get a lawyer involved

I ordered 2 of the VT Metallica shirts for my wife back in August. I was told 3 weeks in only one was ready and I asked them to ship it and they sent the request to do that. As of today both items are now on back order until mid October. What's the point of preordering them. Don't you know how many you can sell. You took my money and now I am without product. Shady!

Don't purchase!

We paid $160 for a jersey and it came with the wrong number on it. They have no customer service. It's like dealing with a government agency. I tried the online chat. That was a joke. I emailed twice but never heard back. They desperately need a competitor! Anytime there's not competition the customer service SUCKS! $160 wasted (was our sons big Christmas gift). We won't purchase from them again. However, I'm confident they won't miss our business and will live on the dominate the industry.

Ordered a Women's small shirt and although I always wear that size this wasn't close. I called to return it and I had to pay shipping and handling. So the shirt was $42 my refund after shipping and handling was deducted was $21. Not a bad business model. For them!

I ordered it with normal expectations that it would be shipped within 2 to 3 days. It was listed as in stock. Then 6 days with nothing shipped. Don't expect it fast. Got a refund and will spend it with someone who actually ships what you paid for.

I order game programs from the ALCS, NLCS & World Series of MLB. They boxed and shipped them in a container that could have held a couple hundred programs. The pages were bend and torn on several of them, not the collector's items they should have been. They offered to send me replacements, which they did, and shipped those the same way too. They were also damaged in shipment - had a hole in the box. Told me they would refund my charge card at that point. Never got a good copy of the programs, nore have I seen a refund on my card yet.

Shipping times are absolutely excessively unheard of. Do your Christmas shopping in May on this site (not kidding) I ordered a Yankee cup gift for a friend last year and it took a month to arrive! I had to rush out and buy something else, leaving me with a cup that I ended up regifting. I decided to give them another chance last week and ordered a hoodie for over $100, but it's been SEVEN days and it still hasn't shipped! Its 2024! Shipping shouldn't take this long! A week and UPS hasn't even gotten the package yet! I'm worried it won't arrive on time. Now I have only four days to find an alternative, so | feel let down once again. Communicating with customer service is just as frustrating; the chat takes 20 minutes to load, and all they've offered in the past is a $5 shipping refund. I won't be ordering from them ever again because I never get anything on time. They better do something for my wasted money and time this time around or I'll

Giving 1 STAR is more than Fanatics deserves. I have been a customer for many years and never had an issue. I do not know if this is the new way of increasing sale or bad management.

Placed an order for a college hoodie on Dec. 13. The delivery date provided was Dec 20. This is a Christmas present so the date was great.

- Soon after I received an email that stated the order would now ship around Jan 6,2025 and I could cancel the order if I wanted.
- Dec 15, I tried to cancel the order. After several failed attempt to cancel I used the online chat Fan Assistance (Mark). I was told I needed to cancel the order within 30 minutes after receiving the email indicating a delay in the order. The email states "If you choose not to wait, you may cancel your order anytime". *Anytime, not 30 minutes. I questioned him about the 30 minutes and all he said was there was nothing he could do.
- Dec 15, while attempting to cancel the order I received an email that stated Thank you for your order. Estimated Arrival: Jan 10 - Jan 16.
As you can see this has become very confusing. It appears that Fanatics is using deception to confuse the customer on purpose in hopes the customer will give up.
- I guess this is a great way for Fanatics to increase their Christmas sales on orders knowing they cannot have the product delivered by Christmas. Then make it impossible to cancel the order, hoping that the customer will give up.
- I am currently waiting for an email from "Back Office". I asked for a phone number but was denied. If I was a betting man, I would bet I will receive nothing from Fanatics.

Please provide me wrong and fix this DECEPTION

I BOUGHT MY GRANDSON A HOODIE, THIS STUPID $#*! COMPANY KEPT SAYING THAT UPS WOULD DELIVERING THE PACKAGE. I purchased a Formula 1 Hoodie for my son. He wears a size Large in absolutely everything. I ordered this "oversized" hoodie for him based on the SIZE CHART they provided for this item. According to the size chart, it should fit someone with a 42-44inch chest. I received it, and it is huge. I have a 49-inch chest and this was loose fitting on me. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. This is Fanatics screw-up. They will only allow me to return it for a refund (minus a $9.99 fee) and not allow me to repurchase the exact same item in a smaller size for the same price I originally paid. I even offered to send them photos of the item. I put it on and placed a tape measure around my chest indicating the 49" chest that it fits. I laid the shirt down and measured it from arm pit to arm pit. 28 inches across. That means it is 56" around. Argued and argued with a manager for almost an hour. I will absolutely never buy anything from them again.
You can see from the photos, their size chart is wrong. Their mistake is now my issue.

I ordered a Tenn. Cap 10/24. I received a Tex. Cap on 11/1. They sent a replacement the same day. When it arrived, IT WAS THE SAME WRONG TEXAS HAT! I called cust. Serv. And he told me HE COULDN'T HELP ME! He said to wait 72 hours! WTF!

Terrible company

Customer service is terrible. I ordered a two day shipping item for my husband's birthday. I ordered the item June 28th for my husbands birthday July 3 2024. It never came. I chat with customer service and she said she would give me a partial refund and how hard it was for them to give the refund. It was 2.00! My item still doesn't have a tracking number and now I won't use this company again due to their lack of customer support.
