No need to be abusive or offensive with this Company if you have a problem just email them and you will see how quick they are to respond and help rectify your problem. Their goods are class A1. I recommend Famvibe 100%. I am speaking through experience

I'm so happy with the shirt I bought. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I couldn't be happier. The one challenging part was picking out which character to represent each of my granddaughters.

Frustrated

Ordered an item for another person and wanted to include a gift message> not available. Provided the ship to address and paid for the item. My card was charged, but never got a confirmation of the order. I sent 3 messages to "support" and never got a reply. And no phone number available anywhere. I had to call the person that was to receive the gift and told them to be on the "lookout" for the "surprise." The item was delivered, but I never had confidence that it would be because of NO communication from this Company. WORST shopping experience in this modern age. Terrible and low level of service. Be careful... I won't ever return here.

I bought a T-SHIRT from Famvibe and when it arrived it had a hole under the armpit the hole is around 6cm long where the stitching has come undone and paid $36.98 US ($52 Australian dollars) for the premium T-SHIRT and went through paypal to get my money back apparently they say i have to pay to send their T-SHIRT back got a estimate from Aust Post was $24 for a 500gm satchel i paid for them to ship it if you want it back you send me $24 to send it back to you as YOU ARE THE ONES WHO SENT A FAULTY T-SHIRT so you should incur the cost to send it back my advice is keep your money in your pocket and stay away from these dodgey people i will never purchase anything else from this company and if your smart you shouldnt either and the company has NO ETHICS! VERY DISAPPOINTED... Regards Steve

Very pleased with my pillow.

I ordered a pillow with images of my 3 dogs. It is very well done. The insert was shrink wrapped and filled up great and had no odor. The printing on the cover is bright and very detailed. The pillow arrived fast.
Overall I'd recommend Famvibe.

I have become very wary of facebook ads since so many appear to be American advertisers but then in the end they're from China. You don't get what you ordered! After reading reviews on other sites and several complaints about customers not getting their item, I found that once again, facebook has allowed another Chinese company to scam people! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It took almost a month just to $#*!, there was no updates of where the order process was, it's been 13days since the "said" it was shipped but I have not received yet, and when I contacted support it was not even helpful.

I'm so fed up. This company is a joke or a scam. I ordered a pillow for my mother in law back on Dec. 9 (I think, for sure it was early December). I got emails telling me my order was being made, then shipped, then delivered. But nothing came! And I was given no tracking # so how am I supposed to get to the bottom of this? They won't respond to my emails. Figures. Reporting to BBB within 24 hours if they don't get back to me.

Never received item

After several exchanges of emails, I finally received the 2nd T-shirt mid-February 2021. A little late for a Christmas gift, but both T-shirt's were a hit. Also, they sent it without having to pay a second shipping fee. It was a long process but in the end, I am a satisfied customer and will order from them again.

I ordered two shirts for my parents for Christmas and received 1 on December 14th. I reached out to let them know only 1 shirt was shipped and that 1 is missing and they kept sending me the tracking email that said the package was delivered to my house. I kept writing that I received the package but only 1 shirt. Now they want me to pay an additional $14.93USD so they can ship me my 2nd shirt I ordered.

I never write reviews, buti have to with this one. I ordered a pillow 6 days ago. Their website says it takes 2-3 to make it. I have sent 6 emails and no response! Then I get the email saying it was shipped
The tracking number is a china tracking number! So not only does their website lie and say they are in the U.S. if I had known that, I never would would have ordered it!

UPDATE! STILL no comment. U would think I would get a comment... BUT NOPE! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!

Ordered 12/14. Package has been sitting at point of origin since 12/21. Inquired and was told to wait. Never arrived. Filed missing package claim with USPS. They said my tracking was not a valid number. Had to file dispute with PayPal. Please note: I gave one star for shipping and it was changed to 5. Not by me

Don't order ornaments from this company

I love anything with the little red Christmas truck. And the ornaments they had were so cute. I found perfect pictures of my daughter's dogs to add to the truck as well as one for their first Christmas. I even ordered one for my husband and I. I had great confidence when I ordered from them. When I ordered I was assured the merchandise would reach me before the holidays. It is now the 28th and still hasn't been received. I contacted them multiple times regarding shipping. According to the tracking number they provided, it was "being" sent to USPS for a week.

I am tired of receiving multiple emails to order "again" with their "great deals" seeing as how I haven't received the one I ordered. The only response I get is a generated "cut and paste" response. Today I received an email asking for a photo and a review as to how much I love my ornament. Well, here is your review.

So cute! Just as I thought it would look. Would be nice to add one character, a baby. I added an extra character and named it baby, because we do not yet know the gender. Would have been nice to have a little baby in a diaper, gender neutral.

I ordered a Christmas ornament in November so I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas. It was a personalized ornament saying my daughter's name and her fiancé and the year saying Engaged. I was very excited to give it to them so that next year I could give them a Mr. & Mrs. When they said it shipped and it had not arrived weeks later, I contacted them multiple times. Their answer was they shipped it and to contact the USPS. HAHAHA. They would not help me any further. Finally they sent me an email asking me how much did I love their product and to please take a picture with their product and say how much I loved it. I have still yet to receive it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. They never offered to make me another one or offer me a refund. They have not even contacted me again. I will never do business with them and do not suggest you do either.
So in typical fashion they put a nicely worded response and I wrote back to them and again. No answer and still No ornament. Almost New Years. This company is a SCAM! Do NOT BUY from them!
