CHINA MADE... NOT USA.

PRODUCTS... they are CHINA MADE... NOT made in USA... TOTALLY MISLEADING!

Item never received and poor customer service.

I ordered a single ornament the first of Dec. I ordered early knowing with all the covid issues it May take awhile. On Dec 19th their tracking said it was at a USPS facility in MD about an hour from where I live in Frederick, MD, so I had hopes it would arrive by Christmas. It did not. In contacting customer service they keep sending me to their tracking site which now shows that on Jan 1st my package was at a facility in Washington DC. They send a rote reply and do not provide any info. I asked for a refund and have been ignored since. Poor customer service!
