I ordered a t-shirt for Father's Day. I receive wrong size. I contacted customer service immediately and told them that they send me wrong size. Request them refund but they said they will send correct size with expedite shipping before Father's Day. Father's Day is already pass but till now I have not received t-shirt. My son was so much disappointed. Famvibe have spoiled all they surprise of my son. I will never use Famvibe again, and I advise others to do the same.
I order A Tumbler to be delivered before Christmas. Tracking changed and 26th of December was delivered date. The tracking date stated in Illinois going to Indiana. I email Famvibe to get no response. The Tracking continues to change. I spoke with USPS I was told Famvibe scanned in order but item hasn't been scanned at the USPS warehouse. I reached back out to Famvibe Via email several times. Not 1 response.
I specifically bought from this company because it had the fastest shipping rates. The website said it was 3-5 days of processing and then another 5-7 for shipping. It has been three weeks and I have still not received my order. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for a secret Santa party so I had to go out and buy something else. I would not recommend buying from this store unless you buy at least a month in advanced. The shipping timeline is a lie
I ordered a stocking with my puppy's picture and name. It says it was delivered on the 9th but never received it. I can't get in touch with anyone and I've emailed them 4 times. I will never order from them again.
I canceled this order within an hour of purchasing a mug because I wanted a tumbler instead. I keep getting emails that my order is being prepared. No phone number or an email address that works for cancellation. I will be taking this up with my Paypal account.
Ordered a night light for my granddaughters birthday coming up. Still waiting for my tracking number. It's not going to be here on time. So all I can say is...YOU SUCK WORSE THAN MONICA LEWINSKI!°°
We ordered a shirt for my dad, and it took a month to arrive. In the end, the print started peeling off after just 4 washes, and my dad says that the fabric itself isn't comfortable either. The shirt cost quite a bit of money for a T-shirt, it's a shame about the money.

I'm writing this after reading all of these reviews. I recently ordered a Grandma t shirt. Today I received a call asking if I had tried to order something from somewhere withe my card for $300.00
The answer was a definite NO. Then upon reading a review on here that after ordering from here they had been taken for a charge on their card of $1200.00. Better not happen!

This is a horrible experience and a scam. The shipping should not take over a month. The company has not responded, reporting to better business bureau. So many scams now it's unfortunate.

I spent $80 to have four kitten stockings in one order. I received 3 and never the fourth, they had 10 days to complete my order for Christmas. I got Ben and Jerry and Leo but no Stitch. They failed to provide the 4th so I did not use the stockings and requested a refund. They refused to do so. Very disappointed I did not have all stockings for Christmas Day.

I ordered 4 pillows "stuffed" for Xmas. I even added a $20 tip to ensure "hopefully" that I would get everything in excellent condition and in good time. I got 3 pillows not fully stuffed and 1 pillow arrived too late to give for Xmas not stuffed with the stuffing folded over so many times and its not enough stuffing to even fill the pillow up halfway. I sent them an email complaint and they did not respond. These people do not care about your business so don't give it to them.

I ordered a gift for my daughter for Christmas the day after my father passed on Nov 15th I've called twice and was told it's been shipped they wouldn't give me a tracking number and it's now Dec 16 and it still has not arrived. This was supposed to be something special. So much for that

I received and email from Sarah saying: We are sorry to hear about that. The code CW20 is applicable to the second order. We checked and found that your order #FVXXXXXX is the first order from email "*******@hotmail.com" so it cannot be applied. But it is still active with you now, so you can absolutely use this code for the next order.
I've tried to contact them with the above and they're refusing to give me what would be $8.00 back. Since I was told by Phil to make the order and they'd refund me, I feel they need too. AM I WRONG?
After fully explaining I got an email denying. But can do another order with the discount. This afternoon I in contacted with them on chat. They will review. I feel it will not be resolved.
As of today they did give some of the 20% discount refund. BUT they took reward I received and made that amount part of the 20%. Otherwise they figured 20% of total got an amount and then my reward was subtracted from that amount to give the refund. Which was less then what I figured. So sad on their part.
Otherwise I got RIPPED OFF!

This company will not accept debit cards for payment. This is the 21st century, get real! Some people do not have credit cards because of the fees on them.
