I have received 3 beautiful items between January 11th and 13th, 2021. They were gifts, that were so appreciated! But, I need to know if My credit card is still being billed for more items, I have not approved yet was sent reguardless. Please check to see if you just delivered another pillow cover to my shipping address on February 17th or February 18th, 2022.

Very beautiful gift for my granddaughter

It's a very beautiful and significant gift.
I ordered for my granddaughter sweet 16.
I was not disappointed with the quality.
You need to take at least 40 days to consideration when you order, because shipping those days is very long.
The company provided me with the tracking number, which was helpful.
They also follow up with apology for timely shipping, which is not their fault.
Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase.

This company has blocked me from their chat after asking for a manager because I spent over $100 for 4 pillows received only 1 pillow then was told my Phil from their chatline they order was sent in one packaging I sent them a picture then he said wait I made a mistake we sent 2 pillows in 2 separate packages. I said well that's 2 different stories may I have a manager. Phil, from the chatline said hold on why I transfer your chat. He then disconnected the chatline and enabled the chat feature. THERE IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. I will be contacting my credit card company and disputing the charge. I then will be contacting the commissioner and BBB and posting them all over facebook and instagram. The fake Maria contact email is also the same person... I advice everyone to contact their credit card company and report this as fraud.

I really wanted to like this company. I had ordered a metal sign and was pleased by how it turned out. A few days after my order I received this email from them making big deal about my ordering from them - and offering me a 15% discount and free shipping on my next order. I placed an order - AND - discovered that free shipping does not mean free shipping unless you order totals over $79. I understand that is their policy on their website - BUT - that was NOT what my Thank You offer said. That offer said 15% off plus free shipping - NO minimum was mentioned nor required. If you are going to offer me something - follow up on that offer! Otherwise, how can I trust you?

I emailed customer Customer Service 3 times - no response. I finally tried their text box. Their rep told me they were an outside cust service co - and there was no way I could contact someone in this "family owned company". He also told me there was nothing he could do for me even though he confirmed that the email offer WAS written for 15% off AND free shipping. So much for a "small family company that was all about customer service"!

If this company reneges on an email offer they send out to thank me for my original order - I cannot trust them if it comes to a bigger customer service issue. Be aware of this issue with their customer service. As grandparents, we were ready to please quite a few orders this summer as events came up for out grandchildren. Because of this, they have lost our confidence and business. We will now take our business elsewhere!

If I could give zero starts a I would! Cheap quality, horrible graphics, untimely order creation and delivery. I ordered this ornament for a Christmas gift and you can't even read it! Then when they said they could replace it and have the font clearer they wouldn't be able to get it to me on time. Don't waste your money

Scammers

I've been waiting 6 weeks for a delivery that never arrived. You were very quick to take the money from my credit card, ironically the same credit card that was skimmed for $1200 2 days later.
I've sent you numerous emails…no response. I tried your ‘live chat'…. No response. The courier company you allegedly use in Australia are also scammers. This is an absolute joke and nothing but fraud and theft from hard working honest people.
Stay away from these thieves
Update. Finally get an email offering me 50% refund because of my trouble…for an item I never received

Ordered on December 5 and the 10 and received part of my first order and I was extremely disappointed in the ornaments you could not read the writing unless you had a magnifying glass. I still haven't received the entire first order and the second one as of December 30,2021. I did communicate with them about how disappointed I was and asking for a full refund since they offer 100 percent guarantee that you are satisfied. They offered to give me a 50 percent refund which I denied becase the ornaments are useless. I had to get my financial institution involved to get my money back.

Honestly I was getting worried because I thought based on address that it was based out of United States but after ordering I noticed it was coming from China. When the package was delayed for a while in York, PA I was starting to get worried because it spent 5 days there, which was 2 hours, away from my sisters house. I got worried and started looking at reviews and my heart sunk. The next 4 days were scary as I thought for sure I was going to be on here writing a bad review based off what I had read. Christmas Eve it was delivered and I was rushing my sister to open it because I needed to know if something was wrong right away. I bought 5 pillows. One for my sister and 4 for my nieces and nephews. I then received a video of the kids reading and recognizing their state and mine. I was absolutely thrilled and cried tears of joy. It was exactly what I saw on the webpage. I'm not one to get on and write a review but with all the negatives, I wanted people to know that, yes some people have probably had horrible experiences but mine was fantastic. I have videos of my sister and kids reading them and laying on them. However, with all of this being said you must make a decision that makes you feel comfortable after reading both negative and positive reviews. It does take a while to get here so order it in advance. Merry Christmas.

Ordering from this site really makes me believe it's a scam especially after reading other reviews. I ordered two items and only received one. When I told them about it they said they'd email me the next day and never did so I had to reach out to them once again and I was told I could get express shipping for my package then I'm told it will be 9-12 days, then the next day I'm told 15 days. I told them I want express shipping and they have not responded to me in 2 days. This is ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Such poor customer service. Unfortunately zero stars isn't an option.

I paid close to $50 and did not receive pillow inserts. Instead of the staff representative helping me, he went back and forth about nothing. His attitude was basically, we have your $49.22 so you can go away. Buyers beware.

DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

This companies customer service is a joke. If it's family owned and the reps helping are the family memes then they are a very shady company. I spoke to Angela TWICE! And she cut our chat off in the middle of me trying at first to find out what's going on with my order, second time to get a refund on my order. They had this order shipped out to me using a Chinese company and then said it went to USPS, it never did. Promised before Christmas it's the 18th and it hasn't even gotten to the states yet. So I know it's not going to get here on time. I will get my money back cause I'm with navy federal and this is fraud so I'm not worried about that. I just fear for the next victim they get!

Extremely Disappointed
November 30, 2021

I just received what I thought were going to be two personalized pillows as Xmas gifts for two dear friends…. Items came in extremely small vacuum packed packaging so the last thing I thought is that it was the pillows. What arrived were two very small (11"x11") coverings for a decorative pillow. Of course, you apparently provide your own pillow. You should not advertise pillows if that is NOT WHAT YOU ARE SELLING! I am still in shock that this is what you sent me!

False Delivery Guarantee

My order was guaranteed to be delivered within a maximum of 45 days since it was international shipping. I never received an email shipping notification not the tracking information. When trying to reach them via their online platform, it gives an error message. Their website clearly confirms that if not delivered within that time frame, the customer will be refunded fully. I contacted their staff from whom I use to receive marketing emails for help. I have asked on multiple occasions for an explanation for their service failure, no response, no refund.
