Still waiting

I ordered shirts on July 23rd for my uncles memorial on august 15th. I sent several emails, and took a while for a response. Stating that they ran out of material. Although my family still wants the shirts I dnt think they are going to be here in enough time. I honestly should get at least some of the money back, or at least they should overnight my order.

I purchased two t shirts from this site for my 30th wedding anniversary and the quality of the ink on the shirts look like I had washed them. On the day they were delivered I emailed them and was told they would look into it and get back with me. About two days later they asked for pictures of the shirt and a picture of the delivery package. I sent it all to them, finally heard back from they today and they wanted to offer me 50% refund because, well I'll let y'all read the message for yourself. Beware! Picture on left is what I received, picture on the right is what I ordered and didn't get! One picture is the email they sent the other is their return policy.

Famvibe experience
August 5, 2021

I ordered a pillow for my boyfriend on the 23rd and got it on the 4th. It was soo cute. I was scared because of some of the reviews I saw but mines was good, no oder, came in about 2 weeks and i love it. The pillow that you put inside the custom pillow case wasn't all that but overall i was happy i didn't get scammed lol. So don't let these comments scare you, but i would probably not buy from them again just because of the anxiety it put me through.

Horrible experience! The items coming from ShanGai, China, they are no following that the costumer gets their items, the tracking number are a bad lie! And the shipping companies are so chip and trash companies!

Horrible service
June 19, 2021

I was emailing them because it was taking forever to receive my order. They did respond back and told me that it is on its way. I saw it said "insufficient address" so I asked them about that and they told me not to worry about it. So I confirmed my address. Unfortunately my address was missing a letter. I told them if they can give me a refund because I never received their item. They told me no because I wrote the wrong address and it was sent back to the sender and disposed? I told them why didn't I receive a call then. I tried calling customer service and it's a China number! I'm so upset! This was truly a scam. I can't believe it. My money went to waste …. Hope they get caught.

Stay away from this company. Waited almost 3wks to receive the order. T-shirt quality is thin, cheap and terrible as a gift! Contacted company and email reply stated the print is meant to be patchy and defected! REFUSES TO REFUND!

I thought I was doing good by going to this website. I love buying from small businesses. I ordered two shirts one for myself and one for my husband. My mistake... according to them. Is that I assumed that the extra large in the women's options would have been different than the men's extra large... also the sizes run really big. I told them that my shirt is extremely oversized and that I would like to exchange it for a medium and that the extra large I ordered for my husband looks too big and that I would like to exchange it for a large. Their customer care team is very sarcastic and they really don't care and there is no way I'm getting an exchange... much less a refund. Don't bother buying from this website because the printing on t-shirts is very faded. Nowhere near acceptable quality. It looks like the shirt had been washed at least 20 times because of how faded the print is. I'm out almost $70 because I didn't do my homework and didn't read the horrible reviews first.

I ordered 5 personalized pillows for a family reunion. It was only two weeks between ordering and receiving them. They are very good quality and even better looking than what I expected. I contacted them multiple times with questions before ordering and each time they responded with a day. I was worried with all of the bad reviews but I would order from this company again!

Quality sleep shirt

I ordered this shirt and then I looked up reviews and thought damn I've been had. Right off I received a follow up email saying my order was in and they would email me when the order was sent which they did. I got home from work today and I had a package and lo and behold it was my shirt. I absolutely love it. It was only about a week and a half from ordering to receiving.

As good as it gets

Product was as described, perfect fit and no mistakes in personalisation. Husband was very happy with his Pappy shirt for his birthday! So many people comment on it when he wears it and he does wear it with pride!
