My boyfriend bought me a coat from here for Christmas and it did not fit. He went back on the site to exchange it and the password he used did not work. So he did a, "I forgot password". Now all of a sudden the email address he has been using and receiving all emails from this company says "this email not recognized by the site". So he forwarded the invoice to me and I emailed their customer service asking them to help me. I told them what happened and what I wanted to do. My response back from them was very confusing and had nothing to do with what I sent them. So I sent them another email stating the same them. Again, I got back a scrambled message having nothing to do with my question and no way to exchange my coat. Again, I sent another email this time with a picture of the coat and now I am not getting a response at all. I have sent another email and nothing. This site is a SCAM! They just want you credit card and that is it. They will send you what they have and you have to live with it. I can not get in touch with them. They have no phone and will not respond to my emails. They claim to not know the original email used and will not answer now at all. Do not buy from them!

I ordered a Christmas ornament in November so I would have it in plenty of time for Christmas. It was a personalized ornament saying my daughter's name and her fiancé and the year saying Engaged. I was very excited to give it to them so that next year I could give them a Mr. & Mrs. When they said it shipped and it had not arrived weeks later, I contacted them multiple times. Their answer was they shipped it and to contact the USPS. HAHAHA. They would not help me any further. Finally they sent me an email asking me how much did I love their product and to please take a picture with their product and say how much I loved it. I have still yet to receive it. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. They never offered to make me another one or offer me a refund. They have not even contacted me again. I will never do business with them and do not suggest you do either.
So in typical fashion they put a nicely worded response and I wrote back to them and again. No answer and still No ornament. Almost New Years. This company is a SCAM! Do NOT BUY from them!

I received a heating pad from this company as a gift and could not wait to use it. I plugged it in and put it on high and it did not work. I then went to the manual to make sure I did not do something wrong and in the directions it states if the light flashes then unplug for a few seconds and re plug in and it will work. This apparently is a problem with this model and the company is so aware of it, the manual tells you how to correct the problem. This worked one time and then it happened every time I tried to use it. The problem was unplugging it and re plugging it in did not fix the problem. The heating pad just would not heat up at all in high mode. The manual said not to bring the item back to the store but to contact them directly and they would fix the issue. Since this was a gift I really wanted to fix the problem myself, so I contacted the customer service myself. After many emails back and forth, the customer service guy, Peter, said to mail the heating pad back at MY cost and they would replace the heating pad. I told Peter that the item never worked out of the box and why should I have to pay shipping for an item that never worked? Peter said the company does not pay for warranty items. I said this was not just a warranty fix, the product never worked from the beginning. The company said not to return it to the store but to contact them, which I did. But I will not pay to return a brand new item that never worked. He said he would make a note of my complaint and that was it. I told him I was going to tell everyone I could to never buy a KAZ, Helen of Troy, product again
