Ordered a screen protector today for the GPS I recently purchased from this site. GPS purchased was as described, good price and was received in a very reasonable amount of time. Would highly recommend this site as a place to do business with. I will certainly be back when they have something I want.

Bought replacement cordless phone battery from this company and they sent the wrong model batt that does not work with my phone. I emailed asking that they send what I ordered and you'd think they'd figure, oops, our mistake and the battery you ordered is on the way. Nope. Instead, I received a form letter email that included a complicated return policy requiring more effort than the battery is worth. So will chalk it up to "got me" but will never buy anything from them again and strongly recommend that anyone considering buying from them go elsewhere. Sure their prices are cheap but buying from them is a gamble that you'll actually receive what you order.

I bought a Uniden Home Patrol 2 police scanner from them. It arrived as a "repack", someone from Michigan had returned it. I know this because there are a few "unboxing" videos of this product on YouTube. The scanner was not I closed in the clear plastic bag, norvwere the instruction manuals, the scanner cord was just rolled up, not tightly wound with the ties around it. The 4 double A batteries that come wrapped in cellophane were opened, there were 4 scratches on the unit where it sits on a mounting dock, and the most telling sign was that the first time you power up the unit, you're supposed to be prompted to enter your zip code so it can automatically program to frequencies in your area. This one simply started up with all of the frequencies for upper Michigan. I called the company, and someone whom I could barely understand ( outside the U.S., in sure) answered and after my explaining the problem 3 times, finally said she would email me a return slip which I could pay for the shipping and they would send out a "new" unit... after reading so many similar stories from other reviewers, I decided there's a good chance I might receive nothing at all after this and considered myself "lucky" to have gotten my product at all... terrible company... do not order anything from them!

If at first you don't find what you're looking for, try a search from the items listed on the upper left side of the page. That's how I had to do it as using the search engine didn't show a result for my search. So, clicked on Bath and Safety, and scrolled down the page when it popped up. The first shower head wasn't the one I was looking for, and knew that Carex had it available. Scrolled down a little further, and there it was, Thank God! I would advise against ordering anything by phone as I'd ordered this shower head over 4 weeks ago, never got any phone call about there being some sort of problem, so really didn't make me a happy camper!

I'm not even sure how my order ended up being placed by this company as I placed it on another site. I have not received my order and when I called, I was hung up on - twice. The CSR said my order number did not have enough numbers to look it up, but somehow kept trying to assure me it would be delivered in two -- three days. I told him the tracking info said differently and he said it is always wrong. WTF? I am putting in a reverse charge with CC and hope to never have to deal with this scam company again.

Its been awhile since I've purchased these products. ( Tooth paste & mouthwash) I used to smoke and I felt between the toothpaste & mouthwash it got rid of the smoke smell. I quit 8 years ago and I cant wait to use this without smelling like smoke.
Update: 10 - 8 - 15: I got my BreathRX mouthwash and toothpaste in the mail on the 7th.
It only took 5 days to get here. I brushed - tongue scrape - gargled w/ mouthwash. I am really happy with this product. Best clean feeling ever! I'm set for a few months but I will be ordering this again.

I bought a refurbish glaxy S5 new phone with one year warranty from this site about 15 days ago. Within a week the battery and phone started malfunctioning. Battery drains within 5 hrs. Of charge. Phone lost all my music files.
I contacted the telephone numbers for customer service. The told me the phone is international, not US. Even though it has a one year warranty, no one is able to help.
IF there are any regulatory agencies for big giants like Samsung, I hope they scout these sites to discover what these foreign companies do to American consumers and start holding hearings.
Also, I hope there are attorneys who scout these sites to get consumers to start class action lawsuits.
Beware of saving $100 but potentially losing $500 for bad product and no customer service...

I was looking for a Garmin 6" travel case that could store all the cables, mounts etc. plus the unit itself. Most websites sell carrying cases that only hold the GPS unit but never with the windshield mount. Finally found Factory Outlet which had exactly what I needed at reasonable price. This was after buying another 6" case from another site only to find it does not have room for windshield mount. I'll have to be more careful in the future.

This Website is a FRAUD. They represented themselves as "Walmart" and my credit card said "Walmart.com" for the purchase. Bought a water filter for my frig which was essentially an empty canister. There was no way to return it. The e-mail address for "customer service" returns did not respond to e-mails. The "customer service" phone line kept hanging up on me. A "return" recording told me to go to www.factoryoutletstore.com for a "return form" and there was no form on the Website. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they told me the business was a sham business. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
